Visiting Louisville? Craving a stay-cation? On the lamb? Ghost hunting? No matter why you’re looking for a rental, our home could be the answer!*

Our home is perfectly located near multiple venues for classic Louisville events! Churchill Downs: 2 miles. KY Expo Center: 1 mile. KY State Fairgrounds: 1 mile. UofL Campus/Sports-fields: 1 mile or less. Waterfront Park: 4 miles. Downtown: 3 miles. Dairy Castle: 0.1 miles.

Once you’re done with the events and looking for some introverting time, our home can also help! Three cozy bedrooms all with different snoozy vibes. A big open concept living room and kitchen area with a comfy af couch and either lots of games if you have friends or lots of streaming platforms if you’re not really vibing with humans right now. A fenced in backyard for opossum watching, night grass time, grilling, or back-porch beverage sipping.

Your host also happens to freakin love Lville and inserting herself into other people’s lives, so if you need lville recommendations or life advice, we got you.

*Okay so the ghosting hunting thing is not something our home can help with. Not saying there were not ghosts in our 100+ year home, I would never lie to you. We’re too close. But we actually already held a spiritual release ceremony for the ghosts, so they’ve been able to move on to the next realm.

Wonderful stay! Super close to Freedom Hall and very clean!

This property was exactly as described. Close to some restaurants within walking distance and extremely close to freedom hall which was perfect for us.

Great home. Well stocked with towels, soaps, kitchen equipment and other necessities. Great communication and helpful! We felt right at home and we actually wished our trip wasn’t so busy so we could have enjoyed the home more.

Great locale for sporting or getaway weekends!

Easy access to all major hot spots in Louisville within 10 minutes for most. Our hosts were super friendly and accessible as well!

A lot of great decor, something fun and intriguing and well equipped in every room. Even had a Nintendo 64 with Super Smash Bros and 007.So dope. Will stay here again!

Fantastic hosts and great clean home!

We had a great experience - hosts were fantastic, easy to reach when needed, and were very thoughtful (left little gifts, welcome drink, etc). Beds were comfy and there is a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to cook. Had a great trip and would definitely recommend staying here if you’ll be in the area!

We felt right at home in this house. We loved the quirky art, the comfy beds and couch, and all the personal touches. She was great at communicating with us, and we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

We stayed for 5 nights for an event at the expo center and the house was absolutely lovely. When we had a snag with a breaker that tripped, the owner was very responsive and helped right away. This home is convenient to everything and felt like a comfortable place to rest after our day of activities at the expo center.

Awesome Location

We were attending an event at the Kentucky Expo Center. This location is very close and convenient. If we ever find ourselves back at the Expo Center, we will try to stay here again. Cons: we drive full size vehicles and the parking is very tight. No washer and dryer available.

Very Cute and Great Location

The house was as advertised! Very clean and the decor is eclectic and so cute.The neighborhood is not very picturesque but the location is very convenient to downtown Louisville and campus. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Cozy & Perfect

The home is just as it appears in the photos....very charming and entertaining with seasonal decorations. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas firepit outside after touring the town. We will return during this season as the decorations for walking tours and historical site visits were amazing. Great location.

Cozy and comfortable!

If you’re looking for the perfect review to sway you into booking this place for your stay ! This Is IT ! You have everything you need right around the corner from you . Special Weekend

My husband, son, and daughter in law (and me) truly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything and more that we could possibly need. It’s a comfortable place to sit and talk. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and then walking for ice cream. Yum! Thank you so much for everything!
