Escape to the mountains and experience a getaway like no other at this three-story condo in the Village of Loon! This mountain-view retreat grants you access to the resort's shared amenities, including two heated indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three hot tubs, a sauna, a game room with arcade machines and Ping-Pong, foosball, and pool tables, tennis courts, steam room, pool spa, and use of the ski area's shuttle bus service. Enjoy close proximity to Loon Mountain and other great attractions, including Alpine Adventures, Hobo Hills Adventure Golf, Clark's Bears, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves, Franconia Notch State Park, Sugar Hill Meetinghouse, Bretton Woods, and Wildcat Mountain.

This home away from home offers three levels of living, offering a nice separation of space with a bedroom on the entry level, a primary suite with a private deck on the lower level, and a third bedroom in the loft area. The main area enjoys a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming and cable services, a well-appointed galley kitchen with laundry, and a south-facing deck to enjoy the sun and view of the ski slopes during the winter months. Additional perks include a gas grill, an updated heating system of Rinnai propane heaters, board games, and a washer/dryer.

Great place!

The place is very good and well located. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a blender. Our days there will remain in our memories!

Great stay for family of four. We mountain biked at loon and this is perfect. Ride to bike park. Lots of room, good amenities, two kids each had separate ateas to relax and sleep.

Great condo in heart of white mountains

We really enjoyed this condo at Loon Village. We have stayed in this area many times and this property was really convenient and well appointed! We especially loved the proximity to the clubhouse with pools, hot tubs, and games. The espresso maker was also a nice touch.. the only thing we would have changed is to have AC or better fans to deal with the heat.. otherwise a great experience

Basement room issue

We liked the place but couldn't use the.large room in the basement because of the strong musty smell. The was a stain on the couch and when trying to move it found mold growing on the bottom was pretty gross. Could probably be fixed easily with AC or dehumidifier. I asked if couch could be removed since just a small futon but support said someone will get back to you. No response and same thing after following up. Never heard back then reached out again twice after our trip no response. Would not recommend.

The smell!

The house has potential but we couldn’t get past the musty, dank smell. The lower bedroom was unusable because the smell was so strong. Overall not the cleanest property. I would not recommend this property or stay here again.
