Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of rushing water in this quiet condo unit on the banks of Fall River (Permit 6122). Our fully equipped 2br home is 2 minutes from downtown Estes Park's best food and drink, and 6 minutes to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy king beds, a lush lawn with picnic tables, and a patio with a grill allow for a relaxing mountain stay.
- The home is in a condo building WITH NEIGHBORS.
- For total seclusion, please search 15 miles out of town
- No parties, pets, smoking or fire pits
- Check in 4pm or later; check out 10am or earlier
- We can't do early/late checkouts; they're not insured by AirBnB
- Guests start dishwasher and laundry load of towels at checkout, which helps keep the cleaning fee lower than most homes this size
