Great stay!

Tides building was a little dated - but apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and had all the necessary amenities in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place at a great value

Amenities were outstanding. Good beach and pool. Walkable to 7-11, Walmart, restaurants. We had to buy more toilet paper to get thru the weekend. The beds are brand new and so comfortable.

Wonderful Place

This condo was a wonderful. It was clean and the location was perfect. The view of the ocean was great. Check in was an easy process. Pablo was kind, and very responsive. We definitely will be back. Thank you, Pablo!!

Spring get a way

Clean and VERY polite and helpful owners and staff. We were greeted by Juan Carlos. He got us around to the various check in stops (parking-key fob etc. took us up to our room and was available during our stay.

Great location and beautiful view

Beautiful condo, close to everything (grocery store, Broadwalk, etc.) Sea view, swimming pool. Cleanliness, comfort and safe establishment. We loved it. Marcelo and Pablo are very responsive and very courteous. Clear and precise instructions. Thank you again for everything

Really nice place to stay

My husband and I went for a mini vacation. Everything was as stated. We had everything we needed inside the apt. There was plenty of room. Comfortable furniture and beds. Check in was easy. Pool was lovely and the water was warm. The beach was beautiful. We went to the Boardwalk only a shirt distance away. Grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants were also close.

Don’t stay at “The Tides”

The air conditioning units and all three of the apartments rented by myself and family members all had black mold, coming out and adhering to the ceiling and walls. This is totally unacceptable. Health risk!

Sharon There wasn't mold in the apartment when you arrived. In fact you contacted me one week after your arrival It appeared because you left the windows opened and the AC turned off, something that you can't do in Florida and is written in the house rules that you have received You rented me only 1 apartment, not 3 as you say in the review It really is not very credible that you have had the same problem in 3 different apartments

Lovely ocean view apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!! The apartment was exactly as described. Any fees associated with the building are clearly laid out in the listing and completely accurate. The check in process was multi-step, but nothing super crazy and with Juan Carlos meeting us at the entrance it made it painless and took maybe 20 min max. The building was very well maintained, always clean and common areas smelled amazing. The key fobs are needed for every entrance in and out (ie front entrance, pool access, beach access, etc) It was very secure. Pool and beach area also well maintained and staffed. The view was amazing!!! The apartment was immaculately clean. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were immediately addressed and resolved by Marcelo and Juan Carlos, both who were super responsive and pleasant. The unit is adequately equipped although you may need to get more basic supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. Two rolls of toilet paper for a family of four for 6 days wasn’t going to cut it. Lol. There are lots of restaurants close by with a car, not as much if walking. Publix, Super Walmart, pharmacy, variety of restaurants are all within a 3-4min drive. Some other reviews mentioned the check in, fees and fobs as negatives but it really wasn’t anything worth fussing over. I would stay there again!

Good stay for the price

The host were great. Helped with check in and check in/out time was flexible. Property was very clean however bathroom is small. Wi-Fi was not working good so had to use hotspot.

Communication with property manager was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival and always received an immediate response (text or call) when required. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Clean 'n easy

Easy stay. The place is shiny white and uncluttered, hosts easy to communicate with, addressed a few small issues super-quick. Internet was the weakest link given two of us "WFH" at this condo during a two-week stay to be with family. Otherwise, all good and most important, hosts were great.

nice stay

Clean, building a little outdated, unit nice. pool closes to early at 7:30- before sunset, could not even stay at pool side. Good support from administrator/Marcelo and team. Easy check in and out. You need to carry every day from the apartment to the beach the beach chairs and umbrella that are located in the closet. You can rent daily/pay for the long chair and umbrella managed by a third party company.

The appartment was very beautiful! The view on the balcony was incredible (10th floor). Everything we needed was there (beach chairs, silverware, plates, towels, etc…). The pool area was very pretty, we didn’t used it much because it was always packed with people. We mostly went to the beach, which was so beautiful. The wifi wasn’t working well so we used our data the whole time. The beds weren’t too comfy but it was ok. The window in the bedroom is very thin so we heard pretty much everything (cars passing by, voices, etc…) It only affected our sleep when a car alarm would go off. Fyi: when you have a parking pass (20$ refundable 75$ non refundable for the week) the office is ONLY open from 9am to 5pm. We left early in the morning so we couldn’t get our 20$ back. The key to the building is 30$ non refundable per 2 people… Overall it was a great stay, would recommend!

Great location.

Our staywas very nice. The unit was very comfortable, and very clean, especially the kitchen. It would have been helpful if there was a bottle of Windex to help clean the glass top dining room table to keep it clean during our stay. also, perhaps a mirror somewhere on the bedroom wall would have been nice. It would have been a lot easier to put my makeup on ( a woman's thing!,). Pablo made the check in process very smooth. THE RUSSI'S.

Nous avons apprécier le condo. Mais le complex est vieux et mal entretenue. On a manqué d eau a 2 reprises il y a eu un bris de service de l'ascenseur qui a durée presque 24 heures. On etait au 10 étages! L'emplacement près de la mer est excellent Pablo notre contact était très compréhensif et facilement accessible
