If you ever have a larger group you can always rent both the upper and lower units for one large rental. Hope to see you back again soon!

We regularly complete unit inventory to ensure guests have the comforts of home while away. The owners put a lot of work in maintaining both units, so it's wonderful to hear when guests enjoy their stay! If you ever need additional space definitely look into renting the upper unit as well so it is one big rental for your group! Come on back anytime!

Anne, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your week at the Williams property! It is such a close walk to the beach and has all the comfort of home. We are contacting guests this year as soon as we see the unit has been cleaned and inspected so you can check in early when possible. Glad you were able to get a head start on your vacation! The property owners are quite hands on and always working on the property to ensure it is well kept and maintained but I can see where you feel there are some outdated aspects. Mike- The best part of vacation is a nice, roomy, close to the beach perfect place! Luggage with no stairs is a win for everyone! We do apologize about the upstairs renter's, hopefully your next stay instead of hearing noisy people, you will hear friendly sea gulls and the crashing of the waves.
