Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom condo in Malibu. Centrally-located condo in the heart of Malibu (minutes to beach, shops at Cross Creek, Nobu, Pepperdine).
Designer furnishings with tranquil details. Has AC!
Downstairs has an open living area (living room / dining area / kitchen / dining nook / bar), a full bathroom, a washer & drier, a massive patio/outdoor living area with stunning views & bbq. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, over, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and free coffee, filtered water, ice machine, other appliances and more.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 king bed. The second bedroom has 2 XL twin beds (the 2 XL twin beds can be pushed together to make 1 king bed).
Both bedrooms have views and a balcony.
Stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow drier, and more.
Fast WiFi & internet tvs with streaming services available.

Clean condo with most of what you could ask for in the kitchen. It was great having beach gear and the bedding felt very luxe. There is a little bit of road noise but is quiet at night and the pool/ hot tub were great! We loved the location to beaches and shopping/ restaurants. Communication with the owner was good but not all issues were resolved during our stay. Overall, we would stay in this place again and had a great time!

Malibu Vacation

The place seems like home. We had everything we needed from Beach towels to bathroom towels and a clean and safe place for my family and I.We were very comfortable and Judith was informative and kept us to date with high tides and all.

Lovely stay! Came down from the mountains to visit with family. Close to town, wonderful area for morning runs, food, market, and the beach!Weather was perfect! Visited the Getty Villa & Adamson property during our stay as well. Modern style furnishings was a plus and thoughtful snacks. Thank you!!

Wonderful

The property was perfectly clean and comfortable. Stylish as well. The host was always available and very responsive. Thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and more. The location is great. Plenty of easy parking. Close to the country mart for food and shopping. If you are a Pepperdine family the location doesn’t get any better. Walk to campus. Great outdoor spaces with ocean views. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gina and her family were absolutely delightful guests! They stayed at my condo while visiting for their son’s graduation, and it was a pleasure hosting them. Communication was clear and timely from start to finish. They treated the property with care and left everything in excellent condition. It was clear they respected the space as if it were their own. Judy’s Condo in MalibuJudy’s condo is first class! The furnishings are the best. The king bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were provided. Small touches like water bottles next to each bed was much appreciated. The AC worked very well, as did the showers and kitchen appliances.The location for us was perfect. Next to Pepperdine University and the Malibu Country Mart. Across the PCH was a shopping area with CVS and Ralph’s. There are many stairs up to the entry and inside from first to second floor. However this was not a problem for us and we are in our late 70’s. The units are just off the PCH and there is traffic noise with the sliding doors open. However closing the doors blocks 99% of this noise. We didn’t use the pool but the pool and spa area looked great.I would highly recommend staying here, and Judy, the host, is a joy to work with. Very easy check-in and check-out, and she’s very quick to respond to all questions.
