Room rate has a lot of additionalmoney for fees.Mobile fan was filthy.Blewdust when turned on bathroom may be difficult with high soaking tub and glass doors that open only half way

Its a cool little place

Look it is a 1 br condo with a sleeper. It was clean, easy to access, easy to book and it was clean. I would happily work with the folks on this property again.

Very nice condo in a quiet area

The condo is very nice and the communication from the property manager was good. The only disappointment was the bed is definitely not a king. While we didn’t measure it, it is likely a full size bed.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was perfect for my fiance and I while we were in town for a wedding. The only “down side” was that the bathroom would sometimes smell like light cigarette smoke. But the smell wouldn’t travel outside of the bathroom, which is good. Just an FYI for those who have asthma like me or are sensitive to smells. It didn’t bother me much. We will keep this condo in mind for future stays when we are back in Winter Park.

The place is pretty quiet and good for the price. The room tends to get hot, so we put the fan by the window and it was fine. It is very dark around the area, I suggest to check in before dark because numbers are not very visible. I would definetly invest in lighted numbers or sign to distinguish it from other rooms. Beautiful scenery!
