Come stay in this warm and welcoming home located in the historic Fruitvale neighborhood. This house has a cozy 2bd/1 bath with a SEPARATE office (with sofa bed) and SEPARATE exercise room (yes, plenty of space). This fully equipped home is perfect for traveling nurses, relocations, extended stays, and temporary moves.
This space is designed to have all you need, including a gym room (with weights and yoga mats), separate office (with daybed), outdoor patio/garden, laundry room, and plush comfy bedrooms.
Home usage includes T.V with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. Internet. Security system, Sonos speakers, and central heating.
The location is a 7 minute drive to Lake Merritt, a 10-15-minute walk to Fruitvale Bart station (to take you into San Francisco), and within walking distance to many great eateries and stores.
