Enjoy your stay at this centrally located and private home, tucked into a wonderful University City neighborhood, one block from University Gardens Park. With less than a 15 minute drive to La Jolla Shores or Pacific Beach, the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, or countless golf courses and attractions. Our home features high ceilings in its comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen, and natural light throughout. Enjoy the beautiful backyard's outdoor dining or putting green in San Diego's world class climate. Our home also has a 2 car garage available for use, along with french doors leading out to the fully fenced backyard area from the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for aspiring chefs, along with a breakfast nook. Downstairs bedroom has exercise equipment and golf clubs for use in the backyard putting green. Backyard also has a grill and outdoor table for BBQing and lounge chairs for sunbathing. High speed internet available for your use along with TVs which include cable and YouTube tv.

Beautiful home, close to everything! Our family had an amazing time. The pool table and green out back was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun before our son leaves for college. Perfect vacation!

Safe and quiet neighborhood, however there is no central AC. I loved the putt putt in the backyard and ping pong/pool tables. But there was still trash in the trash bins (which made the garage stink) and very dusty everywhere. This home has great potential! Just needs a little more TLC. Communication was alright.

The host was very punctual and immediate to respond. The home was so gorgeous and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The backyard was very big and if you golf, i’d suggest bringing a putter with you (4 hole putting green!).

Stayed for 3 nights in early July w/family. Great comunication with owner from beginning to end. We enjoyed ping pong, pool and the putting green in the back yard. Super safe area: parking (3 cars in the driveway plus plenty of safe street prong avail; very central SD location w/supermarkets, restaurants within 10 min drive. Home literally has EVERYTHING needed (other than your personal F&B) - I VERY MUCH appreciated the coffee provided for our entire stay!! Definitely felt like we were being hosted vs just wknd renters.Refrigerator had condiments (i.e salad dressing, ketchup, etc.); spices in cabinets (all most likely from previous guests), which didn’t bother me personally, but I suppose some ppl would scoff at that. IMO, just don’t use those items if it bothers you!All beds were very comfortable; upstairs shower pressure awesome; downstairs shower a bit small; shower pressure ok but shower head set for a very tall person (according to my brother) - all rooms were very nice sized.Dining table seats 6, plus small table nook for 2. Large back yard: BBQ supplied w/propane (didn’t end up using); all kitchen equipment in great working condition and stocked with plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, cookware/bakeware. Great!The ONLY (-) would be no AC, so gets pretty warm for a few hours in the afternoon; once the temps outside cool down, you open the window and the warm air blows out and cools down inside. It’s SD so temps are always nice anyway!Def recommend. Tku!

Location was convenient to all the golf courses that we played for the week. Property was nice that it had four bedrooms for the four of us Michael. The owner was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great experience. Home was very clean loved the touches like a pool table and ping pong table also some games. Home was very clean in a nice safe neighborhood. Michael was easy to communicate with and responsive.
