Welcome to Casa Cali! Tranquil and serene Spanish Revival home with all the charm! Located in the heart of Culver City Arts District and under 20 minutes from LAX and Venice beach! Open concept French doors lead you to a spacious landscaped Spanish tile-lined terrace with a water fountain and pergola for al fresco dining year-round. Bright, airy and well decorated 1 bed/1 bath with in-unit laundry, central AC/heat, eat-in kitchen with Quartz countertops, and a recessed farm style sink.
The entire home makes you feel like you're on a California vacation every day. The entire property is surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor patio is one of a kind and very inviting. The french doors open up the living room and make the outside come alive inside. The patio is a great spot for relaxing, reading, having a meal or even getting some work done.
We also have a dedicated WFH desk in the living room that is not pictured + Fast 1 Gig Wi-Fi speed.

The home is centrally located in a quiet area and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Adjacent to the Culver City Arts District/Helms Bakery, Downtown Culver City, Culver City Expo line on Robertson, Sony Studios and the list goes on.
