Set in the rugged beauty of the high Sonoran Desert and nestled on a prime golf course lot adjacent to the 15th tee on the world renowned Troon North Pinnacle Course, this Southwest Contemporary home in guard gated Candlewood Estates offers a unique blend of tranquility and incredible floor to ceiling and wall to wall golf course and mountain views. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath contemporary and Mid-Century Modern furnished home has stunning, breathtaking views across the entire north elevation that must be seen to be believed. In 2023 the house and the swimming pool were completely rennovated. The Troon North Community Park gives residents convenient access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, a picnic area, dog park and the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, Browns Ranch Trailhead and Tom's Thumb Trailhead are nearby.
