Set in the rugged beauty of the high Sonoran Desert and nestled on a prime golf course lot adjacent to the 15th tee on the world renowned Troon North Pinnacle Course, this Southwest Contemporary home in guard gated Candlewood Estates offers a unique blend of tranquility and incredible floor to ceiling and wall to wall golf course and mountain views. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath contemporary and Mid-Century Modern furnished home has stunning, breathtaking views across the entire north elevation that must be seen to be believed. In 2023 the house and the swimming pool were completely rennovated. The Troon North Community Park gives residents convenient access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, a picnic area, dog park and the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, Browns Ranch Trailhead and Tom's Thumb Trailhead are nearby.

The property was welcoming to our dog. The pool area was like a resort with beautiful views of the mountains.
What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and to enjoy in the evenings after a long hike.
Chadwick, would spend almost his entire day outside lounging by the pool.

Everything was all detailed out no problems . Has all amenities for cooking and if you want to entertain.Beautiful views and loved listening and watching the golfers tee off right out the back yard. Lots of critter sightings javelin, bobcat, roadrunners and lots of song birds.

I have been offering my Scottsdale home on VRBO for three years. I have been managing Real estate since 1975. I recognized Kathy as a quality guest when we exchanged texts prior to her arrival. When I walked into the house to prepare it for my next guest I found everything in perfect order. Kathy and her family were neat, clean and responsible. I hope they decide to guest at my Scottsdale home next year.
