Hot tub, backyard, and dock are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis.


The space
This newly designed, modern waterfront home features:

● Four Spacious Bedrooms: Elegant furnishings, high-quality linens, and ample storage. Wake up to serene water views in the master suite.

● Three Modern Bathrooms: Fresh towels, essential toiletries, and contemporary fixtures for convenience and comfort.

● Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils.

● Elegant Living Area: Stylish lounge with plush seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace.

● Dining Room: Large table comfortably seating your entire group.

● Shared Hot Tub: Relax with panoramic ocean views – the perfect way to unwind.

● Shared Dock and Beach: Ideal for launching kayaks, fishing, or soaking in the waterfront ambiance. (Dock rental available at $100/night, waiver required. Boat must be insured.)


Guest access

Guests have private access to the upper portion of the home. The hot tub, backyard, and dock are shared spaces that all guests are welcome to enjoy on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: There is a lower unit on the property that may be booked or occupied by other guests.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. The house is spacious and light and very clean and modern. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. The outdoor deck and hot tub were great. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and extra blankets, if needed. Plenty of towels, even extra for the hot tub, were provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. There was coffee and tea provided as well. There are TV's in each bedroom as well as in the living room area. There was a large dining room table and plenty of chairs for seating. The living room was huge with lots of comfy seating. Donavan was great with the information we needed and for prompt responses to any questions we had. I would definitely book this place again!

This was an amazing surprise. Absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, lots of space. I think the info the host submitted did not do it justice, as we felt it was better than the pictures. The view was stunning. We were able to sit out on the deck every day with lots of wildlife and nature to observe. It was a well protected deck to keep away the wind if needed. The host/owner responded to any questions within 5 to 10 minutes. The beach view was amazing with the same view from the hot tub. It was a home that the budget said anyone could enjoy, but it felt like 1 million. The rooms were very big and the 20 to 25 foot ceilings made the home feel even bigger. TVs in every room, although we spent our time on the deck or in the hot tub to enjoy the natural view. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a True getaway. It was very quiet, and well worth every penny. There were 4 of us, with the oldest being 85. She said, every day, she was so happy happy happy, and that this was a great place. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here Donovan.

The dining chairs were filthy dirty. Recycling and garbage were piled high outside when we arrived. There was a continuous beeping in the kitchen that no one could figure out. Burnt frying pans that could not be scrubbed clean. Showers had this orange soap scum on walls and edges of shower floor. Black mouldy hamper in laundry room. Could not find pillow cases for beds had to ask for them . Construction workers were working on the lower unit and we were not alerted. In stating all of this if you are looking for a beautiful private home on the water with a wonderful dock and an awesome view and you don’t mind the lack of cleanliness than this might be worth checking out.

Thank you for your feedback—we take concerns like these seriously and want to clarify a few points for accuracy. The dining chairs are regularly cleaned after each stay; what you may have noticed are signs of normal wear rather than dirt. Similarly, the frying pans and laundry hamper show signs of use over time but are cleaned thoroughly between guests. Regarding the recycling and garbage, this was due to a missed scheduled pickup. The bins are located a fair distance from the suite and typically do not impact the guest experience, but we’ve addressed this to prevent it from happening again. The beeping sound in the kitchen was not brought to our attention during your stay. We only became aware of it after a construction worker assisted in resolving it. Had we been informed earlier, we would have been happy to address it right away. For the shower, the discoloration you noted is due to sealant wear rather than cleanliness. We had informed you of this and already have the materials ready for repair, which requires about 24 hours to properly set. There were ample pillowcases available in the unit, and additional linens were provided when requested. Lastly, the construction work was in a completely separate lower unit and does not affect the privacy or use of the space you booked. We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment and will continue improving based on feedback.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. We stayed here for the long weekend with a group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). More than enough space for everyone to sleep and have space. Home was clean, host was easy to communicate with and lots to see and do in the area (hiking, swimming, biking)

“Magical Stay with Stunning Views and Seals off the Dock!”

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and serene surroundings. Waking up each morning and seeing seals lounging and playing off the dock was a magical experience that made our trip truly unforgettable. The house was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure every detail was perfect. Quiet, clean and peaceful - highly recommended.

We had a group of 6 adults stay here in April 2025. The owner, Donovan, was great to deal with - very responsive and made the process easy. The house is located in East Sooke, so just across the water from Central Sooke (about a 15 minute drive). The house is great - very spacious, clean, well-appointed and quiet. Cozy living room area with a large couch, very spacious kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and steps to the water. We also enjoyed trying the crab trap! Highly recommended!

Great spot!

The house was beautiful and in a good location. We loved being on the dock. There was lots of room for all of us. The beds could have been comfier with nicer pillows. The pillows were pretty flat and we wished we brought our own from home. The stairs/deck leading to the dock is incredibly slippery when wet and is a hazard for all ages. Overall, we had a great stay and loved being on the water and would definitely recommend this property.
