Your own tropical compound (50 guest max) —18 bedrooms, 6 kitchens, rooftop plunge pool & 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi. Two white buildings with lush courtyards, 12 bathrooms, rooftop lounges & endless space. Just 1 min to beach & 5th Ave, but quiet enough to sleep. Designed for large groups, yoga retreats, celebrations & family reunions. Cook together or spread out. The space
Two "Castillos" (castles). Each Castillo has 3 levels, and each level has the same layout per floor with 3bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room and wrap around balconies in each tower. Think of it as a condominium building with a 3 bedroom on each floor. One tower has an unheated rooftop jacuzzi. In ground pool at the front of the house.
The photos will reflect the 6 Kitchen and living rooms and each bedroom.

We handcraft the soaps for the house, and the bath towels are handmade on a loom in Oaxaca in south Mexico.

Playacar Fase 1 is a hidden gem—quiet, safe, and filled with natural beauty. It’s one of the few neighborhoods where you can walk to everything yet still feel tucked away from the crowds. The beach here is wide and peaceful, lined with palms and soft white sand, and you're just a short stroll from the buzz of 5th Avenue. I love the mix of ancient Mayan ruins, million-dollar villas, and tropical wildlife. It’s the perfect blend of serenity and culture, and I knew it was the ideal spot to create a retreat for guests seeking both rest and inspiration.

Los Castillos is designed for groups who want to be together without giving up privacy. With separate apartments on each floor, it's ideal for families or friends traveling together. Each space has its own kitchen, living area, and outdoor terrace—plus there’s a rooftop plunge pool with an ocean view. The open-air architecture lets in the Caribbean breeze, and all the textiles and finishes are handpicked or handmade, including artisanal towels from Oaxaca. It’s a soulful space that feels more like a home than a rental—peaceful, breezy, and designed for connection.
