We just returned from our stay at Hacienda del Secreto - me, my significant other and my 4 kids (20, 21, 24, 25). We are fortunate to travel fairly frequently, and I will have to say that our stay here is at or near the top of everyone’s favorite places we have ever been. The setting could not be more beautiful. The home was equally beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing led by Nestor and the food was absolutely phenomenal. It was without a doubt, the best of all worlds. We took advantage of every fun activity on the property and had many of the meals cooked and brought in. I would highly recommend having the chef make as many meals for you as possible. They are absolutely amazing.

Great house, amazing staff

Stayed in Casa Sarita for a week with a group of 8 people. The house was very comfortable, the location was about 10 minutes from larger towns. We enjoyed the privacy of this location, but had no problem getting into playa del carmen or puerto morelos for food and other shopping. What really makes this place is the staff. They were helpful, anticipated our needs, but were never in the way or conspicuous, a perfect balance. The property does not nickle and dime you for things or over charge for arranging tours. They can also arrange private tours to some popular sites, which is much better than the larger tours where you pack into a bus with 50 people and need to spend an hour each way dropping people off. So I'd recommend you use them for things like Tulum tours or finding smaller Cenote or ATV spots to enjoy.

Outstanding! Took our breath away.

I have stayed at more than a dozen all inclusives in Mexico over the years and I will never be going back to any of them now that I have found Villa Sarita. Having this huge house, private pool, what felt like a private beach and guaranteed chairs can not even be compared to any other resort. Then you add in the personal service from the staff, the crazy amazing food, people catering to you every moment of every day and it becomes impossible to ever go any place else. We used every ocean and pool toy we could. We had the spa service that comes to your villa and massages you pool side, we tried every possible dish on the menu and honestly we loved everything. We had 4 ladies so the villa was very big for just us as it is designed for at least 5 couples or a 3-4 familes but we didn't mind all the extra space!!!! I NEVER write reviews so for me this place is honestly the best place ever so take my word for it and book it!

Excelente ubicación, propiedad y servicio

Excelente servicio, Oscar y el todo el staff siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar para asegurar la mejor experiencia de cada uno de los miembros de la familia. La ubicación inigualable y la villa muy acogedora, excelente para viajes en familia. No dudaría en regresar.

Family reunion

We absolutely loved our stay at casa Sarita en Playa Del Secreto! We all love the house, team was absolutely amazing taking care of us, the food was delicious, the beach clean and really an aventure every night watching turtles laying eggs with the super siii of the Hurd that took great care of them! We got to know the amazing Doy, Sara and the hole team, amazing people that make this place a truly paradise, they go far beyond their responsibilities to make the stay perfect! They where always ready to our requests and alway with the smile and great attitude, was hard to leave, but we will be back soon. Thank you for making this time perfect for our family.
