Beautiful beach condo - walk to the beach!

Walk in & relax at this beautiful peaceful beach getaway walking distance from the serene Jacksonville Beaches. Comfort awaits from the luxury king size beds in each bedroom, to the brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, TV's in every room, and every essential you'll need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Outside is a large dining table with a BBQ grill to enjoy the warm Florida breeze. You'll have beach chairs and towels provided for your stay, and the ocean is just 4 blocks away.

The Space:
2 identical LARGE rooms, each has a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, flat screen, TV, and large closets. The bathroom located between the 2 rooms is beautifully updated, with a large walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom, for your comfort and convenience. Natural light pours into the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are FULLY stocked for all of your needs during your stay. Anything additional you may need, we're always available so please feel free to reach out.

Hosts live locally and are always happy to help or assist in any way necessary during your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their private condo and shared access to the courtyard area in the back.

Other Things to Note:
2nd story condo in a two-story building that has 4 total condos.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives nearby and is readily available if needed.

We had a wonderful vacation here at this beautiful residence! It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit to utilize after multiple much needed beach days. There were also plenty of cute breakfast spots and bars around the area to be able to enjoy and make memories. The VRBO Host was well communicated and very easy to talk to if help needed during our stay. If I could give a 6/5 stars I would and we will definitely be returning to this home in the near future.

Girl's Annual Birthday Getaway

The stay was nice but the stairs to the condo were a bit much for us older ladies. The girls underneath us we quite loud around 2 am.

Great Stay

We appreciate everything about this place. The location was perfect especially it's proximity to the beach. Including the beach chairs and towels were thoughtful of the host. We were able to comfortably have 6 people stay there without feeling crowded. It was in a nice neighborhood that we walked around in. Such a nice comfortable stay. The host was also responsive quickly to any of my questions. Thank you!

No frills condo

The positive: walking distance to the beach, the condo was spotless, comfy mattress. The negative: walking distance to the beach but you have to walk across 4 lanes of A1A. The whole building is paper thin - we stayed 4 nights and heard absolutely everything from people talking outside on the sidewalk to the next door neighbors conversations, crying baby and TV. The one bathroom is very small. Only one mirror in the whole place which makes drying your hair or applying makeup difficult when someone else is using the bathroom. No landscaping at all and no place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall a no frills place to sleep.

Great stay for TPC Sawgrass. Place had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Neptune Beach was close and super cute with a good variety of restaurants. Would stay again!
