Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. My only concern was that the bathroom floor was a very smooth surface and there was no bath mat or anything to help prevent slipping. Minimal linens provided.

We got kicked out

It was a decent spot, clean, cheap. The owner did not communicate with us until day of the check in date and then kicked us out 2 hours ahead of the advertised checkout time which left us scrambling I wish i3could rate them

Clean space. Quiet. Private. Great area. Will be staying again. When passing owners they were super polite and kind. Staying alone it made me feel better know people were around.

As soon as we entered the unit there was a foul smell. The smell was consistent and the air fresheners did not cover up the odor. The fire alarms were in the drawer and inactive. The locks on the doors did not seem safe or secure enough. There were few amenities. There was a coffee maker with no coffee or glassware to be able to put it to use. There was an empty tiny refrigerator. Usually a complimentary bottle of water can be provided by host but there was no water or facilities to cook or prepare food. The sheets and pillows had pillings so were not comfortable. We had to request toilet paper as the unit didn't seem to be prepared for guests. The bidet installed on the toilet shot up rather than where it should be directed to. Even the hair product were almost empty. The unit is in the basement and you can hear the washing machine and the noise from footsteps from the host and his children that live in the floor level. This was definitely not a "home away from home" as they advertise.

Not for seniors

two finished rooms in basement where dehumidifier ran constantly. Had to enter through driveway and down a flight of stairs - we're 83 and 91. Had to park on the street. Nothing like we expected. Coffee pot but no cups or glasses. The bed was comfortable. Tub shower so we couldn't use!

Scam

I booked this place only to get a text message at 7am the day of saying that there’s a plumbing issue.. woman said she would contact VRBO for a full refund and apparently never did according to Vrbo bc I called 3 times. So now I’m still waiting for my refund couple days later. There quick to take your money but when something happens they can’t refund it the same way.. only thing I can say is listen to what the people have to say in the reviews before you stay.
