Parking for one car or small SUV inside of the garage and one additional truck or oversized SUV on the parking pad outside of the garage. An oversized truck or SUV will not fit inside of the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is one of the most preferred in Breckenridge as the home sits right on the 4 O'Clock ski run for easy and convenient ski in/ski out access.

Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival.
