There`s more to this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom oasis than just a place to stay. It`s an adventure waiting to happen.

Located in a prime neighborhood, this home provides easy access to San Diego`s most iconic attractions, the best of the city is at your fingertips.

House inventory:

- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest

- One Beach Towel per guest

- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)

- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry detergent

10/10 Experience!!

I feel like wonderful trips are always talked about but never placed into writing. This was my first time ever renting a vacation home, I normally always stay in hotels so I was on high alert through this entire process, but the host answered all my questions leading up to the stay and during the stay in a timely and respectful manner. I couldn’t have asked for better service! The house was EXACTLY like the pictures which was another one of my fears. The location couldn’t get any better with the beach on one side and bay on the other. The beach walk took about 10-15 min to reach Pacific beach. The only thing I would pre give is that the garage is TIGHT when he says two COMPACT cars he means it. The rental car places upgraded us upon arrive to a GMC Acadia and a Toyota RAV4 and we had to be very careful getting those cars into the garage. They did fit, but it was a REALLY tight fit. The garage was also stocked with beach chairs which was really nice to be able to utilize and bring to the beach. The house had paper towels and toilet paper, since there was only one role per bathroom, and happened to be no additional under any sinks, I simply messaged the host and the cleaners brought over extra rolls within about 30minutes which exceeded my expectations! Overall I think this was a wonderful experience and would book with VRBO again for vacation rentals for another girls trip based on this experience.

Surf or Paddle Board, your choice!

This place has everything you'll need for a perfect stay in a beach town. 59 steps to the Bay and all of the paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and boating that you can handle. 150 steps to great surf for all of the surfing and boogie boarding that you can handle. There are small taco shops, pizza shops, and bike/ E-bike rentals within a 5 minute walk in either direction on Mission. The view from the top balcony is priceless. PB has it all!
