Looking for paradise? It is waiting for you at Sand Castle. The magnificent beaches of Indian Shores are a local hotspot because of the wide, white sandy beaches and the clear salty water. You will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the Gulf every day in this waterfront condo. The expansive balcony beckons you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets after a day at the beach offering a seaside pool, jacuzzi, beach volleyball, and grilling stations.
The designer kitchen, dining room, and large great room will accommodate everyone or those dinner and movie nights. Every guest will find comfort after their long day of making memories in the Florida sunshine. The perfectly designed coastal primary bedroom offers a king bed with TV and en suite bathroom. The other two impeccably decorated bedrooms offer sleeping for everyone with a king and two twin beds. You can save on your check-in luggage, because you have a washer to dryer to help you pack lighter. The location is as amazing as the condo. You are centrally located for water sport rentals, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, and great shopping. If you don’t want to drive, the Jolley Trolley runs along the beach to take you wherever you want to go. After staying at Sand Castle, you will never want to leave and will be looking for your own beachfront condo. This is perfect Florida living.

Perfect beach vacation

The location of Sandcastle 1 was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and easy access to the pool. The condo was well furnished and very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

The unit has a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a few issues upon our arrival. The frig’s air and water filter needed to be replaced, 3 of 8 dining room chairs were broken. The two outdoor fans were old and inoperable . The LR couch and love seat are shot and need to be replaced. The couch has a piece of plywood under the cushions for support but it still sunk down. The love seat didn’t have any plywood and was even worse for seating. The dishwasher lower water sprayer had a large hole in it. The outdoor furniture cushions had tears in them, but they were comfortable to sit in.We contacted Happy Place Vacation Rentals, and they were outstanding handling the issues that the owner would allow. They brought in 6 new dining chairs, installed two new ceiling fans on the balcony, replaced the refrigerator filters, and replaced the lower water sprayer in the dishwasher. They were extremely responsive!! So, due in large part to the excellent support of the folks from Happy Place Vacation Rentals, most of the issues were corrected and we were able to enjoy our stay. That said, we thought the unit was a bit overpriced due to the poor condition of the living room/balcony furniture.

Amazing place, great location and ammenities! FYI some mold is forming near the 2nd BR AC vent. Everything was great, we wnjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay however felt the condo was overpriced for the age and condition. Suggest they paint the front door as 1st impressions matter. We had an issue with the lock on the door not working properly and we’re told owners would make things right since we lost most of a day of our vacation. Unfortunately when we reached out they discontinued conversation with us. Nothing was ever done to make this right. Very disappointing!
