Indulge in the luxury amidst the prime Jackson Ave location; three blocks from Magazine Street and just two doors down from James Beard Award semifinalist Mason Hereford's restaurant "Turkey and the Wolf" - get yourself a fried bologna sandwich and thank us later!

Trust us and our guest reviews when we tell you that pictures simply do not do this home justice. The traditional New Orleans exterior belies the grandeur of this home once you step inside! This home was completely reconstructed and expanded in 2023 with a new rear addition and now totals over 3500 square feet. The incredible interior features soaring ceilings and professional decor, perfect for groups to gather or spread out.

Our centrally located Jackson Ave home provides convenient access to the best of New Orleans. Whether you're looking to explore the historic French Quarter, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Bourbon Street, or indulge in the diverse culinary delights, getting around is a breeze.

Public Transportation:
The city's efficient public transportation system is readily accessible, with bus stops and streetcar lines nearby. Take advantage of the iconic streetcars to leisurely explore the city, or hop on a bus for a quick and convenient commute to popular destinations.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We also have a washer and dyer on site for your convenience.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Additionally, smoking on the building grounds is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be asked to leave and charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. Makeup towels are provided.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $300 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $300.

10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet-friendly units.

11. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

12. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

13. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

14. Message us for long term stays.

15. As required by law in the City of New Orleans, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels in the home. Tampering with or disabling this equipment can result in an additional fine. You will receive an automated warning message if the device is removed from its mounting plate or if the noise in the home exceeds thresholds set by the city. After repeated warnings, you may face eviction from the property for failure to comply.

16. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own or use one of the free streaming options. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

17. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.

Magazine shopping trip

Great property and area. Short walk to Magazine street for food and shopping. House was spacious and clean. Kids loved heated pool and enjoyed swimming every evening. Plenty of large rooms and seperate bathrooms for large families. Open floor plan with large couches and kitchen. Host was very attentive and informative. Easy to contact and ask questions. High speed internet. Felt safe and secure. Looking forward to rebooking house in the future. Highly recommend this property if you like being close to Garden District and want a "home" experience for vacation. Will gladly book again.
