Great family beach stay

Perfect option for our group of 5 made up of two families. Space for everyone and nicely equipped kitchen.

Spring Break 2025

Easy check in and check out. The facility is clean and the unit we stayed in was super. Right in the beach, and near many restaurants and activities. Great communications from site management.

When we arrived, the lights were on welcoming us in. The unit was somewhat clean. The bedsheets had not been changed/washed. One of the king beds was on two different bed springs so the bed caved in towards the center. The floors were dirty. Our granddaughter had black feet after she crawled around for a few minutes. The carpets/rugs had white fibrous pieces coming off. They got all over your clothes and she tried to eat them. The fridge had an odor so we bought a box of baking soda to leave in it. The view was nice. Two of the bedrooms had view of the water. The 3rd room had views of the city.

Beautiful condo.

This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room for 7 people. Great location! The only reason for 3 stars is it could use some minor updates. None of the outlets in the bedrooms will hold a phone charger. They just fall out as soon as you plug them in. The light above the kitchen table does not work. We even tried to put a bulb in it. And nothing. Other than these few minor repairs this condo is perfect!

Reviewer Comments: View wasn't was was told on description, we expected full view abut only got like a little corner view from the bedroom, no hottub was a downfall, we love a hottub. The pools were so far away from the building we had to walk a long way just to get in the pool. The place was OK, looks like it needs an update, it was clean and the air conditioner worked amazingly. Pillows and bed were stained and dryer and washer didn't work very well. The best thing was the kitchen, it was very big and spacious, big family dinning table, and living room had a big nice TV with cable. Elevators worked good and parking was good too. I think our stay was OK but we have stayed at way better condos for the same price.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not the unit I rented. When we arrived at our unit we rented one of the two HVAC units did not work. We spent the first night with NO AC. They moved us to this unit after we told them we were leaving and moving to another unit. Unit 2111 was ok but did not have the view we wanted and old out dated appliances. We had workers in and out during our stay replacing the stove, dishwasher and microwave. We were unable to use them for a few days. Unit was older and needed updating. We had to wash towels everyday just to have enough to shower with.

The unit was clean with great space! Shoreline Towers were under renovations during our stay , but that did not affect our stay. We had a couple issues in our unit and the owner reached out right away and got it fixed! I would rent from him again in a heartbeat! If you are going to Destin, rent 2111 at Shoreline. We had a great time and enjoyed our vacation.

The Ocean was not cooperative, had to cancel several water activities. The weather was nice but windy. The Condo was clean and suitable for our family, advertised Ocean view, which was lacking.

Rented this unit for a family of five for a week stay. Good stay in general.

We enjoyed our short week in Destin. Kids enjoyed the activities and fun at the Harbor park. The unit was in general terms good and in very close proximity to the beach. Yes on the beach. However, none of the drains in the showers worked properly. Also washer and dryer didn't work. My family takes personal hygiene very highly, specially in a rental property and this may seem such a minor issue but it wasn't for us. Other than that, it's a nice unit and well kept.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nice. The unit was very clean. The dryer doesn’t work well. We would take our towels and hang them across furniture to dry, but we managed. The main complaint that my family had is that the swimming pool doesn’t stay open late enough. My grandchildren wanted to swim after we ate supper. They close the pool at 8:00 pm. That’s way too early. I know they can’t control the weather, but they can the pool time. There was a day you couldn’t swim in the ocean because of red flags, but they also closed the pool on this day for the entire day. It would be nicer if the pool was open every day and stayed later at night. I would recommend the room, but if you have a lot of children like we did, be aware of the pool situation.

Great place to stay. We had a couple issues of cleanliness (hair in the shower drains, toilets had not been cleaned, food under the living room table). We made the front desk aware. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented 3 condos and 1 townhouse. Of those 4 units, 3 of them had mechanical issues that were reported but NOT repaired. (2 ice makers, 1 clothes dryer, 3 toilets) The reason given "the owner did not want to make the repair" I say HOGWASH! Some items are a minimum expectation and should be repaired, (i.e toilets constantly running).

Great Rental for the Price

The condo was exactly as advertised. The property staff communicated well prior to arrival and were very helpful while there. The beach staff really went out of there way to help us daily. I was very satisfied with my stay.
