THE SPACE

The House- Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Sioux Falls. The property manager is located within the neighborhood to quickly and easily help guests if requested.

Kitchen- All fully updated with brand new appliances. Lots of windows to let light shine in and ample seating. Fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen loaded with basics and beyond.

Bedrooms- New mattresses with luxury bedding, a variety of pillows, sound machines, nightlights and black-out blinds for privacy and rest.

Living spaces- Modern furniture offering plenty of sitting room. Lots of entertainment is available from the big screen TV, to video game consoles, board games, and more!

Bathrooms- Each bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and common amenities within the shower. Also provided are a toddler friendly toilet seat and step stool.

Family-friendly- This property has everything needed for vacationing with children such as kid-friendly dishware, a dining room booster seat, a bathroom step stool, and child-friendly toilet seat, and more! Let us know if you have children joining so we can do our best to accommodate their wants and needs.

Backyard Oasis- XL above-ground swimming pool measuring approximately 18 ft wide by 34 ft long (open seasonally) with a locking gate restricting access to the pool deck. The hot tub is open year round and located outside. The home also has a patio off the dining room, basketball court, fenced in, spacious backyard, 2-stall garage, and more!

Other things to note
*This house is a split level, so the use of stairs will be required to access the home.

*As part of our commitment to maintaining the beauty and tranquility of our outdoor space, we wanted to inform you about our yard maintenance procedures. While we aim to schedule these tasks during times that minimally disrupt your stay, there may be instances where maintenance needs arise unexpectedly.

Please be advised that our maintenance team may need to access the yard for routine upkeep, such as mowing the lawn, maintaining the pool/hot tub, watering the flowers, etc. We understand that this may occur with little to no warning, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your visit.
