Lower unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset. This immaculate space is furnished with king bed in master and pull out couch with queen bed, including two smart tv's. NEW IN 2026, a pool and hot tub!

The space
NEW in 2026: a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. Custom grilling out living space next to pool. This amazing property and location is the best kept secret in Melbourne Beach for those who find it! Reserve now and stand by for updated pictures. Please feel free to email with any questions.

Guest access
The pool area and pool bathroom, dock, and beach access is for use of all guests staying at the Oasis. The upper porch area is reserved for those who have reserved the upper unit.

Quiet spot

Very quiet and peaceful. No one on beach! If you like lots to do Melbourne Beach isn’t for you but it was perfect for us. Only complaint, no extra trash bags for the kitchen.

Great stay. Had a ball and my son drove down from NJ to surprise his mother. Had a lot of fun fishing out of kayaks with my son. The only thing we didn’t know was that you couldn’t go to the beach across A1A because there was an 9’ cliff you had to climb down and back up. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Relax & Recharge

Had a great stay at this property with our family of four! Pull out couch worked great for the kids and property was very well cleaned and maintained. This is a one of a kind location. House is backed up to the Indian River Lagoon and the walk across A1A and onto the beach can't be more than 50 yards. Might as well be a private beach. The entire area was very quiet and relaxing. We had the beach completely to ourselves and rarely saw anybody else. There are two rental units on this property so it would be a great fit for a larger family or two families that wanted a greater amount of privacy. Not many restaurants around the area so come prepared because you won't want to leave once you get settled down!

We have been vacationing in the south Melbourne breach area for the last 15 years. We finally had the opportunity to purchase a vacation home and would love to share it with your family. Things we love about this property is the private deeded access across the street to a private beach. Beautiful sunsets and great fishing right from our private dock on the Indian river. Please use the paddle boards and kayaks and enjoy an hour on the river.
