Never search for a parking spot again in downtown Breckenridge because an easy 5 minute walk will take you to both the ski lift and to Breckenridge’s Main Street with an incredible variety of choices for shopping, dining, and recreational activities. A 10 minute walk will take you to beautiful hiking areas with breathtaking views. At the end of the day, relax on your private covered patio, gather around the fireplace or relax by using the steam shower in the primary bath. Easily store your skis and snowboards in your own storage closet located right next to the unit’s front door. If privacy is important, this is the condo for you! Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms that can be accessed directly from the bedrooms, or your guests can access either bathroom without entering the bedroom areas.
Never worry about parking, the unit comes with 2 parking passes and Breck Free Ride Bus transit has stops outside of the unit.

The place is in a great location. Easy access to the slopes with bus location just across the street. You can also take a short walk to Sawmill lift. You can ski down 4 O'Clock and get on the bus and go one stop to get off across from the unit. You are located a short walk from Main Street and the stores and restaurants. It is a bottom floor unit so you do have a little noise above you. Katie and Doug are great to work with.

Wonderful stay!
This condo was a perfect for a family! It was very clean, and lots of thought to detail on amenities. The host was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in Perfect Location.
4 minute walk to downtown and 9 minute walk to the gondola. Condo appears to be newly remodeled and on the first floor. Unit is on the corner next to parking lot. It has a separate storage locker for your skis. The kitchrn is fully stocked and plenty of snuggly blankets to cover yp with in front of the electric fireplace. Communication was great with Katie who manages the property. Be back next year. Kitcjrn

You’ll never regret THIS stay!!!
We have stayed in many VRBO type properties and we all agreed this was the most “At Home” property we’ve stayed. From the minute you walk down the hall they have a very thought out space. The king bedroom is VERY spacious, both bedrooms have incredible closet space, wonderful bathrooms in a separate space from bedrooms, but both connected to rooms with barn doors shutting off the space from noise if living space wakes early goes to bed late the bedrooms are shut off from that space. Kitchen 100% full of everything you’d need(except larger crockpot, but smaller one is provided) even spices and such available which was so nice. LOCATION, can not pass up and we loved the ground level, right by parking lot for loading and unloading. Katie, thank you so much for your space, we’ve already decided we need to figure out dates in January 2026 and we’ll be booking again!! Worth every penny, this one!!!

Awesome
The place was great. Bottom floor so a little noise above you, but not bad. Bus stop right across the road and easy access to slopes. Short walk to downtown. The hot tubs are a little bit of a walk. Property manager very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family ski trip
House was perfect. Well stocked with basic amenities. Ski out was simple as walking across the street to bus stop and up to Snowflake lift. Ski in was easy with a path off the 4oclock run beside a condo unit and across parking lot to other side of street. Would rent again!

Park Place condo
Our family of four loved our stay at this first floor corner condo at the base of 4 o’clock. It was not a true ski in ski out the door but it was a very short walk across the street to catch a bus to the slopes. You could also ski down to the street and be back in the condo in just a few minutes. The location was awesome. We were a five to ten minute walk to the Main Street with great shops and restaurants. The beds were cozy. There was a steam shower in one of the bathrooms. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We had great stay!

Nice family ski trip
We stayed for a three day ski trip. Great accommodations for the family. Short hike up to the lift and comfortable accommodations to spend the evenings close to town. Good parking and good communication.
