White Sands Village#325 is a great new addition to Knutson & Associates Vacation Rental Inventory. The location is the Best of the BEST in the Kuakini Tower at White Sands Village! This is the TOP FLOOR PENT HOUSE CORNER UNIT! GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS UNIT!
Corner West Facing Location, incredible Ocean & Mountain views to enjoy from the massive wrap around lanai.
Located on the Third Floor, features charming Unit#325 which has 1016 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! Book this unit if the Location is important to you! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!
Unit#325 features a California King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & a King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom. A Sleeper sofa to sleep 2 little ones, or 1 adult in living room!
Excellent choice for 6 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. There are solid wood cabinets & a convenient breakfast bar. Central Air Conditioning available too!
White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area. Elevator access as well!
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!
