Hi! Thank you for your interest in our beautiful condo. We have multiple listings on Airbnb and are very proud to be Airbnb Super Hosts and our 5-star rating! We LOVE hosting people and helping them plan their best possible Nashville experience.

If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know! We will be happy to provide our concierge services to make your trip even extra special and super easy! We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you!

Our second-story (top floor) studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation!

A hand-made wood glowing wall, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us!

Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day.

Clean and comfortable bathroom!

Pool access during the warm months!

There is plenty of free parking at the condo and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad.

We have lived here for over 25 years and know pretty much everything about this town. We are super available and are excited to be the best hosts ever. We are flexible and friendly and can be as available as you want us to be.

The studio is walking distance to 12South and Melrose. It`s just minutes to Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, and Downtown. Find great food one minute from the door. And there`s a liquor store right next door.

Traveling with more than 2 people? Ask us about other units that we own in the same building!

Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn`t exactly our `thing`, yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. we are close to everything!

Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am
At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can`t access the condo, please call and we will assist you.
We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.

I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.

Great stay in Nashville, very quaint, rustic and a bit vintage. I will say the condo is in a great location, great food options and close to downtown for activities. Zac is very responsive and checked in frequently. We provided feedback to him on a few items and he was very receptive. Overall great stay and time.

It was a great little apartment for a home base while staying in Nashville. Uber/Lyft rides were only around 10 to get to the main areas downtown! The pool was an added little bonus on hot afternoons.

Great location with cute furnishings

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Host was easy to communicate with and everything was as described. Mattress could use an upgrade but we are used to a pretty firm one so that could just be our preference.

Great location

We chose this condo because it was very close to the fairgrounds and the other area we were visiting. The location was terrific! We were five minutes from the fairgrounds and 20 minutes from the other location. It was extremely convenient for us.

Very cute place for a weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and I loved how it was close enough to downtown without all the noise of downtown. Quiet neighborhood but close to all of the amenities. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for the weekend. If I'm back in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again.

Property was cute and quaint and the location couldn’t be beat. The pool was a nice bonus. Property manager went above and beyond and took time out of his day to help us when he did not have to. Nice property and very professional staff.

Great location, cute little studio apartment & good communication from host. We stayed just 1 night, in town for a comedy show at Zanies. The communication from the host via app, email & text was great. Very clear instructions & easy to find, free parking was nice, the apartment was well appointed. Only thing off was the listing indicated a pull out sofa and there was no sofa, just 2 occasional chairs in the kitchen area. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us when we arrived but we had planned to offer the pullout sofa to a friend who drove in from Hendersonville for the show so he didn’t have to drive back late night. The area around the apartment seemed safe & there are a number of dining & shopping options in walking distance including a Publix if you plan to use the kitchen in the apartment. Zanies is walking distance so it was perfect for the late show and walking back after a couple drinks. We took uber to Broadway & that was quick & easy.. 17 to Broadway, 11 coming back. There is a huge shopping plaza/mall a couple miles up the road. Really a great location all around & the price was much more reasonable than most in Nashville. Would definitely stay again.

Unsafe sanitary conditions

When first arriving the place seems great. Upon further evaluation it was unsanitary and led to health issues.Basic issues: - The floor was so dirty, our feet / socks turned black.- The bed was about 6” thick of just memory foam straight onto the bed frame. When you laid on the bed, you would lay directly on the wooden slats of the bed frame. Seemed to be more of a mattress topper than a mattress. Pillows seemed and sounded like hospital pillows.Major unsanitary issues:- Mold - There was mold in the water filter that was in the refrigerator. I have photos of the mold.- Hair - All of the towels and bedding were covered in other people’s hair shavings. When we used the towels we were covered in the tiny, sharp hair clippings of someone else (neither my partner nor myself shaved on the trip). On the bedding, you could visibly see it was covered in other people’s hairs. To the point that throughout the day, I would find other people’s hair clippings stuck to my skin. These hairs would be different colors than my partner or myself and again, we didn’t shave on the trip.When we got home, my partner noticed there was a painful spot on their leg. Upon investigation, there was a hair clipping about an inch long that had gone into their skin like a splinter. The area was red and inflamed. We had to use tweezer to carefully dig the hair out. The hair was not the color of ours confirming, it was someone else’s. This is a major health concern. I have photos of the hair as well.

TO OUR FUTURE GUESTS - THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED TO CAUSE HARM TO US FROM A GUEST THAT WAS ULTIMATELY ARRESTED BY THE NASHVILLE POLICE. To any guest reading this review, please know that this guest threatened us to leave a "terrible review that would harm our future bookings" because of an unfortunate situation we were forced to navigate. This guest arrived at at our condo to throw a party with 15 people - which is clearly against our condo rules. When we asked the guest to make alternative plans, they would not and unfortunately they become rude, threatening, and disrespectful. The noise from the party became so loud that we received multiple complaints from our neighbors - and we had to call the police to get help with this situation. This is when the guest became irate, irrational, caused damage to our condo, and threatened to intentionally harm us with their review. And they did. At the end of the day, the guest was arrested (for reasons we do not know) and they never stayed in the condo. Our listings are new to VRBO, but we have over 3,600 5-star reviews on Airbnb. We're great hosts, we provide exceptional accommodations for our many guests, and we treat everyone like family and friends.
