INCREDIBLE LOCATION! Nestled in Melrose, relish the convenience of nearby top-notch restaurants and less than 2 miles to Downtown. Enjoy a fully furnished ground-level studio just 5-10 minutes from everything the city offers. Indulge in a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bed linens, and plush amenities. Your perfect Nashville getaway awaits!

Please Note! This is a studio, the living and bedroom are open/shared spaces. The pool is currently closed for the season.

1 bedroom studio and 1 private full bathroom through this cozy space! Parking is provided for ONE (1) vehicle, however, there is street parking for additional vehicles.

The kitchen has everything you could need. Fully stocked with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, plates, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cooking essentials, coffee, coffee cups and coffee maker. Table to dine at. All linens, pillows, towels, washcloths are provided. Linens for pull out sofa in the closet. Each guest will be provided with toilet paper, paper towels, and travel amenities. *No Washer and Dryer or Dishwasher*

Bedroom #1: 1 queen and 1 queen sleeper sofa (shared/open room)
Bathroom #1: tub/shower combo

Private entry code will be sent 2 hours prior to check in. You may park in any space in front of 801 or 803 buildings. You can also park In the street up the road. You will need to go to the far left side of the complex (to the left of the pool) and down the alley where the wooden fence is. Unit 2

In the Melrose area of Nashville, you might want to check out places like Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (.2 Mile), Five Daughters Bakery (.7 Mile), Zanies Comedy Club (.4 Mile), Sinema for bottomless brunch (.4 Mile), Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina (.4 Mile), ML Rose Craft Beer & Burgers (.4 Mile), and The Smiling Elephant (.2 Mile) for Thai cuisine. These are popular spots with good food and ambiance!

Although there are a handful of bars/restaurants within walking distance from our home, most landmarks are only a short drive or Uber away.

While in an old building, this unit was clean and as pictured. Easy to check-in and acesss. No frills but well stocked. Can't beat the price.

Very welcoming inside

The unit was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, amenities were comfortable and communication from host was great. The only drawback was the unit next door. I don’t know if that is also a temporary rental or residential but upon my arrival, which was later in the evening, there were several people outside blocking the pathway sitting around in several chairs. They were not a friendly looking group and had my son not walked me to my room I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable walking past them alone. They made no attempt to move when we approached. For single female travelers, this should be a consideration. Other than that, the room was great, bed was very comfortable, and process was easy.
