This cozy Condo with Two bedrooms, each with an attached Full Bathroom and Queen bed and smart TV. Located on Razorback Rd., walking distance to all of U of A sporting events. Remodeled upstairs apartment. Has a relaxing living area with a 55inch smart TV and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and outside pavilion with picnic tables and BBQ grill. Will Definitely Stay Again!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay while we were in town for a Hogs Volleyball tournament. The property was clean and provided us with the perfect space, with there being two master bedrooms. We had coffee each morning and were conveniently located to both UofA campus and I-49. Thank you for a great stay!

Family visit

Overall this was a pretty perfect place for us to stay. 2 queen bedrooms each with own full bath. The kitchen was fully stocked. The railing on the stairs is rotten and wooden steps very slippery when wet NO PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE

This was my second time staying at this property. We love it. The 2 master set up makes it so nice. It is close to the school, close to town, in a quiet little neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic needs. The location was convenient, however the neighborhood was a bit concerning when I first arrived.

This property was perfect for a weekend trip with my college roommate. It was very clean and had plenty of space. It was easy to park. They keyless door entry was so convenient! The only thing that may not be for everyone is the steps getting to the property. We were fine but people with disabilities may find it challenging. We would definitely return!

Very Pleased

The apartment was immaculate! It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. Bed and bath linens were high end luxury. We didn’t lack for anything from bath to kitchen. Entry and all appliances were user friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt completely safe. The host, Gary, was so nice and we received all instructions in a friendly and timely manner. I left my favorite pillow, emailed Gary, and he answered immediately! He assured me he would put it aside and I was able to pick it up before we left town. I don’t hesitate to recommend this rental and will stay again when we are in Fayetteville! Thank you Gary Mary and Kenneth
