Great location!! Close to the U of A Campus, Historic Downtown Square, and Dickson Street Night Life. This cozy Condo with Two bedrooms, each with an attached Full Bathroom and Queen bed and smart TV. Located on Razorback Rd., walking distance to all of U of A sporting events. Remodeled upstairs apartment. Has a relaxing living area with a 55inch smart TV and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and outside pavilion with picnic tables and BBQ grill. Free parking for Three vehicles and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Discounts for stays over 7 days.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect! One of our favorite features was having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms — it was ideal for our group and added a lot of comfort and privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

Will Definitely Stay Again!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay while we were in town for a Hogs Volleyball tournament. The property was clean and provided us with the perfect space, with there being two master bedrooms. We had coffee each morning and were conveniently located to both UofA campus and I-49. Thank you for a great stay!

Location was good for our purposes. There is some road noise, but not terrible. When we got back to the unit, my husband and son were standing outside while my husband smoked a cigarette prior to our going to bed. The resident downstairs came out and reprimanded them for being loud. They were just chatting at normal talking levels. I’m not sure what his issue was, but they were not loud. I was inside our unit and I couldn’t hear them. We recommend the property highly. It was clean and tidy.

This was my second time staying at this property. We love it. The 2 master set up makes it so nice. It is close to the school, close to town, in a quiet little neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall this was a pretty perfect place for us to stay. 2 queen bedrooms each with own full bath. The kitchen was fully stocked. The railing on the stairs is rotten and wooden steps very slippery when wet NO PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
