When you leave the room on check-out day. Concentrate on your personal items. Do not spend any time house cleaning or straightening anything. Collect/pack only your items and go.
The inventory of cups, flatware, etc and pool towels are all that is important, soiled or clean, does not matter, as long as nothing is missing.
Trash can stay, dishes in the sink, left overs in the refrigerator. Just concentrate on your items and go. Return key cards to lobby or leave on table/counter and go. Safe traveling.
