It's also walking distance to major hospitals, museums, comedy clubs, theaters, the convention center and high rise offices of downtown Phoenix making it ideal for both travelers and professionals. Located less than 8 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
The space
You'll have one side of this historic duplex all to yourself with free gated parking, free laundry, a private entrance, lively living room, a cozy bedroom with lots of natural light, a walk-in closet, full bath, spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, indoor dining/work area, and a shady side yard and patio with an umbrella table for dinner al fresco.

We have free gated designated parking for one vehicle and a bus stop at your doorstep. The light rail is within walking distance. We are extremely close to the entertainment, sports, and business complexes downtown, so getting around is easy by choosing to walk, rent city bikes, and or city e-scooters. Uber, Lyft, or Yellow Cab pick up quickly as well.
