This pair of historic loft apartments puts you right in the heart of downtown Asheville, just two blocks from Pack Square. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions like the Asheville Pinball Museum, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, and Appalachian Craft Center are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.

Each apartment showcases historic highlights including exposed brick, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, while modern furnishings and appliances provide 21st-century convenience. Each space features its own full kitchen and a washer/dryer, making this a great choice for friends or families traveling together. Free WiFi is equipped throughout the property for web browsing and remote working. The two units can be accessed internally, but unlocking the adjoining interior door.

The apartments were wonderful & we loved how you could open the panel to make it feel like one accommodation. It was very clean, but there was a smell in 101 around the kitchen sink, like a soured towel. (But the towels smelled fine. Maybe its the drain?)When my friends got there, the code didn't work to get in. We got there 15-20 min later & it didn't work for us either. My friend already had someone from management on the phone & even changing the code didn't work. Ultimately they got us in by changing codes multiple times, but we were standing outside the apartment approximately an hour. One person even hung up on me when i complained. The location was fantastic for walking to restaurants but the traffic had moments of being loud late at night.There are 2 other things-the dryer kept flipping the breaker, so we couldn't use it & the hot water in the ensuite bathroom shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold.Would i stay there again? Absolutely! Just be prepared for some minor headaches.

Great property/ poor check-in experience

The property itself was great however we ran into significant issues while checking in. The codes to the lock boxes were not provided at check-in. We were standing on sidewalk with all of our luggage for an hour and a half waiting to get the codes to unlock either door. It required us talking to four different people to get all of the codes for both apartments. Regarding the property itself, it was a great spot for a large group. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for all of us! The lofts were clean and location was perfect. The Lofts had 4 separate full bathrooms which was very convenient. It is one of the few locations in downtown Asheville that can comfortably sleep a large group of people. The only word of caution I will provide is there is a transient population experiencing homelessness nearby and one individual tried to shake the handle to get into our apartment so we recommend keeping the door locked at all times. While staying there, we recommend parking in the Sears Alley parking deck that is about .1 miles away.
