This beautiful brand-new beach house is your ticket to paradise! Situated within minutes of the beach, local restaurants, Moody Gardens Golf Course, and historic Galveston attractions, this coastal gem is fully appointed for carefree family comfort. Private outdoor areas let you make the most of sunshine and sea breezes, while the game room comes equipped for in-home entertainment with features including a foosball table and a wall-mounted Connect-4 game.

Covered balconies on either side of the home offer a breezy perch for outdoor living complete with water views. The open-concept main floor seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas for comfortable home gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of updated stainless steel appliances for stress-free meal prep. Plush sofas and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. Family fun awaits in the upstairs game room. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Home

The house was great. Super clean and comfortable for 2 families with small kids. The communication on how to check in was good. We liked the location a lot, it felt like a safe area and wasn’t too far from the beach and Moody Gardens. The only criticism is that the house needs to be stocked a little better in the kitchen. Some very basic cooking items are missing. Overall it was a great stay and we would come here again.

Great Home

This home is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a nice location that felt safe and wasn’t too far from the beach and Moody Gardens. There is a horse pasture right across from the house which was nice to look over at. The only thing I would say is to make sure to bring your own laundry soap and things like that. The kitchen does have some items stocked but could use a few more basic things to make it easier for people to cook. Overall I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice but had some plumbing issues. Could use more towels and bar in shower. Support was very responsive but said someone would come out and never did. Outside of this I was pleased.

We let a quilt behind. I texted the exact location where it was at. After multiple messages a week later no actual answer. 9 days later told couldn’t find it. The customer service was terrible. Won’t book with this company again. House was new and OK. Need to better stock kitchen. Again not a positive experience.

Beautiful Home near Moody Golf Course

Our families loved sharing this home for 4 days on Galveston island. The home is beautifully appointed and has very comfortable furniture and beds. There is a great bunk bedroom for the kids and even a game room with tv to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is large and had the basics for a dinner at home (if you’re cooking for a group of 6+ I recommend bringing some larger pots and pans). The home is in a quiet neighborhood west of the airport and was the perfect location for activities and moody gardens. Would definitely stay at this home again!

This was just as it showed online. It was a brand new house. The only thing missing was there were no wash cloths and no ironing board.

New, clean, cute coastal home

This was a great house for a girl’s weekend! Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone to have their own. The beds were very comfy if you like soft beds. It felt like you sunk into them but still have support. The kitchen table was perfect for puzzles and the couch was cozy for a Netflix binge. The smart TVs were easy to use and great quality. Kitchen had everything you need although we didn’t cook. Pretty sunset views from the living room every night too. Easy and quick to get ahold of the property managers and good location for a quiet stay.

Lovely cute Beach home, accommodations was nice, only thing I would suggest is the main floor living room/ family room , sofa is not comfortable and is worned out. When sitting on it you will sink. There was furniture covers on the sofa obviously for a reason and they were not very cleaned. Kitchen had Everything I needed. I requested an iron and ironing Board as I needed to iron some Dance Outfits and personal clothing, however there was no iron or iron board and no one never responded back to me. I ve stayed in the same home last year , very nice except for the items I mentioned. Last disappointing was the towels were a dingy dirty color and some of the bath towels /face towels needed replacing.

Comfortable Stay

The house is exactly as it’s pictured. It’s so new it still has a new smell. The beds are very comfy. Because the house is new there aren’t a lot of supplies/activities built up yet. There are things you will need to bring/order when you get there like tissues, paper towels, sandwich baggies, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, closet hangers and dryer sheets. Also we didn’t see a blow dryer, iron/ironing board, wet measuring cup or baking sheet Also, many houses on the island have outside amenities like, beach gear, bikes, fire pit, grill, basketball net, various outdoor games, etc. this house did not have any outdoor amenities. The only problem we had while staying was the washing machine. Although the machine is fairly new it wasn’t working during our stay, we had to use the laundry mat. I would stay here again but I’d be more prepared next time.
