Condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything about this place was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay and would def stay again in the future. We love how we could go between beach a s pool within steps away. It was so convenient. The place was convenient to lots of places around the beach. We would highly recommend and refer famiyand friends to stay here Thanks for a great time!

Property was very clean and looked just like the photos. Balcony had ample seating. Host was quick to respond to messages.

The unit itself was great! The location was great! The balcony was great! We did not have blankets for the beds, the light in the master bedroom did not work, and there was a decent amount of broken furniture. I called, emailed, and texted the property management company and never got a resolution for anything. They were slow to respond, and when I did get a response, they never addressed the blankets. They did send someone out to look at the light, but they showed up when my 14-year-old daughter was there alone, and she did not feel safe letting 2 men in while she was alone. I called them to come back and explain, and they never responded after that. I think the unit was great, but I will never rent from a place managed by Real Joy Property Management again.

We’re happy you enjoyed this beautiful beachfront condo, great location, and the balcony views! We do want to clarify a few points. Our inspection confirmed that blankets were provided for each bed. We’re sorry additional blankets were unavailable when requested 3 days into your stay while PCB was experiencing a heat advisory. Regarding the ceiling fan/light, we made multiple attempts to contact you for permission to enter if you were away. When we did not receive a response, maintenance was sent to check the issue. Although the review states the family did not allow entry, our records show that maintenance was permitted inside and attempted the repair. Unfortunately, the repair was unsuccessful. A new fan/light assembly has been ordered. We take every guest concern seriously and document maintenance visits with time-stamped photos to accurately address any issues reported during stays. We genuinely strive for 5-star experiences. Thank you again for staying with us!
