Maria and her husband are great hosts. The entry to the unit was a bit difficult due to so many different keys it took a while to figure it out and the lighting at night to open the gates made it difficult other than that the

I absolutely loved staying here!! Its proximity to beach, bars and restaurants was spot on! It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at on the island and trust me I’ve stayed at several different places over the years. The hosts were the absolute best. Maria went above and beyond and I appreciated that more than anything. It’s perfect for solo travelers and I would stay here again in the future!

The host were great, she met us when we arrived to show us around. The studio was nice as were the sitting areas outside. We had stayed in the neighborhood before. There are plenty of food options within walking distance as is the beach.

The hosts are very nice and available for any questions or concerns. The property is very well kept, and safe. Additionally beach items on hand are helpful. I stayed a week for a solo trip, and it was perfect.

Renew Myself Stay

The stay was very relaxing everything was nice just as shown in the detailed pictures! The host greeted me at the initial visit and explained all of the miracles details of her property. I would definitely recommend her home to others!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to everything you could need. We ate at the Panderia Espana at the end of the road, as recommended by the property owner, and it was delicious. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to Isle Verde beach, which was an absolutely beautiful beach. We really appreciated the cooler provided by the property owner. There is also a nice grocery store, convenience store, and many restaurants all within a 20 minute walk. Maria was also great with communication. She sent very helpful directions and even videos to help get us to the property and provide other information for our stay. Any time I messaged her, she was always quick to respond and they even worked with us when our already late arrival got delayed even later. Highly recommend this place for a couple.

Karl and María were great hosts! We didn’t arrive until midnight due to flight delay and Karl stayed up to make sure we got inside. The garden was my favorite part; STUNNING! The place itself was very small but that was expected. There isn’t really privacy so keep that in mind! There were lots of back up toiletries like bug spray and aloe etc. which I definitely found handy! The AC was a life saver. My ONLY concern was the bathroom door was pretty much see through and taped together. But it was me and my husband so we didn’t really care. But keep that in mind if traveling with a friend or someone you’re not reallyyyyyy close with lol. Overall we had the time of our lives and will never ever forget this home and this trip. Heaven on Earth really.

Safe, cozy, cute studio

María and Karl were super friendly and kind. The area is gated and requires a code to enter. I stayed here for 5 nights with my best friend. Two young girls thousands of miles from home our mothers felt a million times safe knowing the area was secured and that the owners were close by if needed. The space had everything you could possibly need even for the beach there was chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gear. 10/10 would stay again AND recommend !!

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Nice hosts. Lovely garden with BBQ. Safe & convenient location. Short walk to the beach. Around the corner from Panaderia Espana which has great coffee and baked goods. Grocery store, Pizza & Burger King

Great location in Isla Verde

Maria and Karl were excellent hosts. Check-in was easy, check-out was simple. The property was safe and secure. The separate driveway for a car was nice. I’m not a beach person, so, the items that Maria and Karl had in the space (bag, beach towels, beach chair etc.) came in super handy. Their recommendations and suggestions were helpful as well. Short walk to the beach and relatively easy by car to other destinations, as well as a short, five-minute drive to/from the airport. Will definitely stay again when I visit P.R.

Bed near the beach

That’s what I needed, with a stove to cook on. That’s what I got. Friendly and easy communication, especially as a first timer. One-ply toilet paper and the mattress felt well loved. I highly recommend a travel bidet. Host provided chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which made beach trips much more comfortable. Locked neighborhood and the guest space is behind several gates. Roughly 2 flights of stairs, both up and down, separates walkers from most things like the beach, grocery stores, and most restaurants.

Would stay again

Property was very secure inside a gated community. The room was clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and Fridge had water and other beverages available for us. María and Karl were great at checking in, and readily available. The place is close to eateries and yes walking distance to the beach. Beach is not crowded at all. Would stay again.
