The Space:

Picture mornings on a north-facing glass balcony, coffee in hand, scanning the canal for dolphins while you wait for the next rocket launch to light up the sky. This Merritt Island condo puts you right on the water, with front-row access to some of Florida's most unique sights.

Living space

The open-plan living and dining area gives your group room to spread out, whether you're gathered for a meal or unwinding after a day on the water. Furnishings throughout are modern, and the dining table seats the whole group comfortably, with the option to take meals out onto the balcony overlooking the canal.

Sleeping arrangements

Across 3 bedrooms, this condo sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and ample storage space. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides flexible space for additional guests.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Whether you're cooking a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out, you'll have what you need on hand.

Bathroom

There are 2 bathrooms total - the en-suite off the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower for the second and third bedrooms. Both come stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

Location & amenities

This waterfront condo sits right next to the canal, with a marina nearby offering boat rentals for those who want to get out on the water and explore the coastline. Back at the condo, cool off in the shared pool, unwind in the sauna, or get a workout in at the on-site gym. The building includes an elevator, and free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street. Beach essentials are provided for trips to the shore, and a dedicated workspace is on hand if you need to get online during your stay. Pets are welcome, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple at any hour. A crib, pack 'n play, and high chair are also available for families traveling with little ones.

We use digital door locks with door codes for easy self check-in.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
