Beachen Bliss in 500 Steps! Soft Sugar Sand, Crystal Water, Private Beach Access

Our place is tastefully decorated with a cozy beach vibe and all the amenities one might need to feel right at home. We have a well stocked kitchen that includes an all-in-one cooker and modern appliances, an outdoor charcoal and gas BBQ grill, and a fun coffee bar with a keurig and coffee pot. We also provide beach towels, chairs, a cart and umbrella, clubs for the mini-golf and shuffleboard pucks and sticks.

Inside our cozy two story abode, you'll find a bedroom on the main floor with a comfortable king bed and a full bathroom, perfectly suited for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers another full bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 child. Our end unit also provides the luxury of a private patio and we don’t have neighbors on every side. Whether you're a family, a small group, or a snow bird seeking a winter retreat, this unit caters to your needs seamlessly.

Not only are we minutes from the beach with private access, our community has all the amenities one's heart could desire, such as 4 resort pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, mini-golf, shuffleboard, rec room and fitness room, horseshoe pits, basketball court and more. You can also walk to several dining options within a few minutes, and the Sand Piper Tiki Bar.

Our convienent Panama City Beach location puts you just 2.5 miles from the family & adult attractions of Pier Park and Russell Fields fishing Pier, Aaron Bessant Park, 2 miles from Frank Brown Sports and Events Park. If you are sepdning time here for a sporting event, we are in a great location. You can also explore the nearby Rosemary Beach with just a 15-minute drive, and a short drive to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Hub of 30A, and less than 20 minutes from the ecp airport. With such close proximity to a plethora of attractions and activities, you can't go wrong with this choice! 2024 will also bring more incredible attractions we cannot wait to announce.

Other things to note;
* We are a resort with many ammeneties and do require wrist bands and parking passes that can be purchase at the main office. Wrist bands are $20 per person and parking passes are $25 per vehicle (2 car max).
* Gas BBQ grill is provided but the guest have to supply the propane tanks. The grill takes the 16 oz. tanks.
* Ammenities include : Private beach access, 4 pools (1 is a kids shallow pool, 1 is heated during the winter), 1 hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness room, shuffle board, mini golf, horseshoe pit, charcoal grills, swing set, and more.
* Beach towels, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart are provided.
* Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dishsoap, and handsoap are provided, along with other kitchen & bathroom essentails to get your vaca started.
* Free Xfinity cable channels are available with the Xfinity app. All other apps require personal logins.
* Propane tanks for the grill are not provided. Guests will need to bring their own 16 oz propane tanks.
