Comfy 2 bedroom, updated decor

This was a very nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect retreat while visiting our newest grandchild and her family in Bellvue. Highly recommend!

Old Town Cottage

This was a wonderful place to stay: it was close to downtown Ft. Collins, as well as close to the university. It was a quiet street with lots of trees. The house is updated, beautifully furnished and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!

Weekend away

My husband and I are very impressed with this property! We were able to spend time and cook for our son who attends CSU up here. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

A great spot for the family

This was the perfect place for me, my husband, and our 4 year old. The two bedrooms are connected, which was really nice for us (but you could also just keep that door closed, as both bedrooms have other entrances as well). Everything was really clean, like unusually and delightfully so, and the decor is cute and not all super chintzy like I'm used to seeing in rentals. I couldn't have asked for a better place to lay our heads while we were in town visiting family.

Cozy and convenient!

Very comfortable, and so conveniently located. We didn't need to drive more than 3 minutes away from the house during our stay. My toddler loved the enclosed backyard. The host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. We would happily stay here again were we to come back to Ft. Collins!

Review of Property in Old Town West in Ft Collins CO

We enjoyed our recent stay at Melissa's property in Old Town West from April 22-27, 2025. The property was very clean, comfortable and centrally located! Also, Melissa responded very quickly to a few questions we had during our visit. We recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a well kept Vrbo in a neighborhood within walking distance to both Old Town and CSU.
