We experienced a number of issues with our stay but the condo management company did reimburse part of our rental fee to make up for it. The green fishing lights do not work, and water faucets in the bathrooms are faulty. But the unit is clean and the location is great.

The furnishings were nice and beds were comfortable. It has two great decks, one on second floor and a bigger one on the main floor. It is located close to a boat ramp so we were able to watch various boats coming in and out of the canal. It was a very relaxed and quiet area, but still close to the beach. We have all good things to say about this property and will definitely stay here again.

The property company was very helpful. The water in the master bathroom did not work. They attempted to have someone come out, but we were not at the property, so it was not able to be fixed. Great location and view from the back porch.

Very Nice Rental

Didn’t have the bar-b-q as shown in the pictures listed, also told there would be a keurig coffee machine which we brought our cups only to be disappointed. And the listing stated in the description and included pictures showed a boat lift but the sign said not for guests!!!

However, the outdoor area is not as pictured. The table in the picture is now rusted and unusable. There is no barbecue pit there either. A prior renter obviously left some type of food behind on the table that is now rancid. It smelled and was nasty. The deck area need attention as this is the place to relax and enjoy the view. We would rent again if this is remedied.

On the water

This property was great. We loved the layout and that it was facing a canal. My husband spent a lot of time on the porch looking out at the water whilst doing some work. HEB, car beach, Stripes were all within 10 minutes from the house. We even had a few restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance from the house. All in all great property and stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couples retreat with us 4 as a wedding anniversary vacation and milestone birthdays for us 2. Vacation site had GREAT VIEW!!! The side street road was under construction making sand track into unit. The location was during off season, making the site very peaceful and not busy with noise or people. The island part felt like the West Keys in Florida but with less development. Really easy to connect with nature / water. Seafood piers, burger joints, mexican food, and pubs. Local food great. The home was very clean and kept up. The thermostat wasn’t working and maintenance came quick to fix the issue. Definitely a return place to go to.

Padre Island

This condo was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the large deck and the dock for our boat. The rental process was easy and questions were answered quickly. We appreciated that are dogs were welcomed there.

Loved Everything about it!

We absolutely loved this property! Everything from the location, décor, communication and comfort level were great. There was honestly not one thing I would have changed. I hope to return back in the future.

The place was great. The beds were comfortable. Then kitchen was stocked with everything you need.

Great Vacation Spot! We were surrounded on both sides by college kids the first couple of days so it was loud at night. I should have thought about it being spring break. Once they left it was great.. We enjoyed the pier to fish from. The house was stocked with basics which was a blessing.
