📋 House Rules & Booking Information
- A valid credit card is required for a security and damage deposit hold one day prior to check-in
- A signed rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking
- Government-issued ID is required from the primary guest
- We may also request the names of all guests staying in the home

Additional Details:
The driveway accommodates up to four medium-sized vehicles when double parked. Beach access is via a shared walkover with our neighboring home. Pool heating is available from November through April for an additional $50 per day.
We have a preferred 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday, though we’re happy to consider flexible dates—just reach out. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests, and we count all individuals regardless of age.
To maintain the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.
