Winter Outdoor Gas Fireplace at Blue Dunes and Topspin onsite restaurants. Ocean Club Ladies Night, Live Music is a short walk also. Miramar Beach is located next to Destin and SanDestin, Fl. 'Gem of the Coast' is our lovely Topsail Beach & Racquet Club condo/ villa across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico / body of water. Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, and very curious which makes your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning enjoy coffee outside your bedroom on the private balcony, while you will see boats passing through or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean! Enjoy our area for oceans' salt air for restful sleep, sleeping in, or napping/siestas after your day at the Beach! And catch up with friends and family on the outside seating area with Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can gaze out onto the shimmering water, (full moons are mesmerizing) while sitting in bed or waking up with your sunrise coffee and breakfast. The other bedroom has 2 twins/ pillow tops, 250- 300 thread count and bathroom adjacent in the hallway. All Rooms have Gulf Water or Bay view with fireworks during summer Saturdays and Tuesday between 8 and 830. Holidays are surrounded by fireworks from our North mostly and sometimes SouthWest Neighbor. Recently Updated Faster Wi-Fi Internet secured for medium term rentals, remote working, or just needing to dive into catching up quickly with emails, etc. DVD Players and streaming available keep everyone happy. Freshly updated with light fixtures, professionally decorated colors of blues and emerald green and neutrals. Compact-size washer and dryer. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1 infant - is provided. Summit 1011 is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach condo has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is 1 rollaway if needed for the kiddos to sleep. and a pullout sofa bed mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2 -5 people comfortably and luxuriously. We are Kid friendly for families. We provide a convertible crib for infants, or small toddler to sleep in the pack & play included!

Beach across, Ocean breezes, Gulf Views, Private Beach Access for you while you stay as our guest! 3 Pools, 2 heated in Winter, 1-2 hot tub( 2nd with Club Fee), putt putt course, Resort Living with 3 restaurants on site. Golf Cart/ Tram Ride is convenient if you have overdone your tennis game or workout. Please tip our tram driver when heading to the beach or one of the restaurants if you decide not to walk the nature trails.

Topsail Beach and Racquet Club has state of the art fitness center, an indoor/outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, Wet and dry sauna, massage can be scheduled, locker rooms for the women and the men when playing tennis offer you additional flexibility on check in and check out days along with rainy day options in the racquet ball or aerobics rooms along with ping pong or table tennis can be set up also. We do offer the guest package at $55 / day for 3 days minimum with our rental March through October. Snowbirds (November through Feb/March beginning) rate is bundled for you.. Tennis Clay Courts ( top 50 in the USA) are professionally managed plus coach available to schedule time to work on your game or find a tournament you prefer to join! Along with this Clubhouse Membership Guest package you will have 10 % discount on drinks and food at the onsite resort restaurants Blue Dunes (open March to November) Beach side restaurant, bar, and grill, or Topspin Sports bar adjacent to the Tops'l Tennis Club. Well Worth the 10% savings if you like to sit back and relax after a fun filled day - you will not be disappointed! Also, the Club has a store for purchasing tennis items, great resort wear, items needed while you stay with us. They will provide you an extra tennis racket or two. If you forget your racquet...How many racquets do you need? The Club has extras for your group or family. Upstairs is the ballroom for events, weddings, or gatherings if you choose to make the reservation! Or, Blue Dunes can be rented out for wedding parties, also - It is a Magical Wedding Day / Dinner with the Ocean Breezes plus Lighting when Reserved! Pictures oceanside convenient also! PickleBall can be scheduled when you arrive, posting inside elevator and just outside elevator 1st floor for you to see Topsl Rules guard gate can also remind you.

Gulf Ocean Summit Building / Resort eastern side and backs up to the Topsail Nature Preserve, so expect the kids to love seeing deer while our resort traffic slows down which reminds us to stop and enjoy seeing nature! Also, the little red foxes, feral cats which are fed by our resort staff, numerous birds, and we can not forget our favorite - Dolphins in the Gulf!
