Awesome Experience

We loved our time at this property. The kitchen is beautiful and has updated appliances. The living room has brand new furniture with a comfy couch bed. We love staying at beach manor but will definitely stay in this unit again.

The view was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful—very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back.One thing to note is that the morning sun on the balcony is intense, and that side of the building doesn't get much of a breeze. Thankfully, the condo is well stocked with fans, which made it much more comfortable.We also had a large truck, so parking was a bit of a challenge, but we were aware of that before our trip. Since our truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage, I needed to arrange parking at The Summit. My only complaint was that when we arrived around 4:30 p.m., there was no one available at guest services at either location to assist us. There was a pay-to-park option, but the sign stated parking was enforced from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and I was worried our truck might be towed if we left it overnight without speaking to someone first.Fortunately, guest services eventually reached out with instructions, and everything worked out just fine.Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The condo was exactly as advertised, and the breathtaking view made it even more special.

Hi Jennifer! We are so delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Beach Manor. We apologize for the parking issue. You we are glad you got it worked out. For future reference, you really do not have to check in with Summit's guest service. Just use the self pay,(using the QR code makes it easy) for our guest. I've been told they do allow a 24 hour grace period if you choose to wait until the guest service office opens. Some just leave a note on their dashboard as to where they are staying incase there is a problem (ex. we are guest at BM, and we will check in with guest service's tomorrow). That way, it is know that you know the protocol. Aside from the parking, it sounds like the perfect Vaca for you and your family and everyone had a great time.
