Surround yourself in tranquility in this beautiful penthouse condo on South Hutchinson Island.

Hutchinson Island located in Stuart is an ideal location for anyone seeking the warmth of the Florida sunshine. With its white sand beaches, crystal blue waters, premier golfing and waves surfers would die for, it’s got a little bit of everything and is centrally located for day trips to Disney, Miami, West Palm Beach and more!

Things to do:
Relax! Grab your beach chair, your favorite book and a cocktail. Just steps from your front door the serene sounds of the ocean await. You can also scour the beach for treasure; the best time to go beach combing for seashells and sea glass is during low tide and after storms.

Eat! There are great restaurants located on the Island and just a short drive down the street is Downtown Stuart and Downtown Jensen, you’re taste buds will not be deprived.

Shop! Downtown Stuart offers an eclectic mix of boutiques and shops. Palm Beach Gardens Mall is a world-class shopping destination with over 160 stores and restaurants and Vero Beach Outlets offer more than 50 stores.

Property is very nice. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are nicely updated. Balcony is huge. Host is very responsive. I would highly recommend.

The condo was gorgeous, clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was amazing. Johnnie was an exceptional host. We will definitely be returning.

This was our 2nd stay at one of Johnnie's properties. What a beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the lovely blue ocean. The condo colors were so relaxing, and the balcony is huge, perfect for sitting in the evenings to listen to the waves. Everything you need is there, cooking supplies, towels, etc. We appreciated being so close to activities and the ocean, without the theme park crowds.

We loved our stay! Johnnie and Ryan have such a nice condo. Beautifully appointed, had all of the extras, e.g., beach chairs, floats, dishwasher pods, etc. We loved the beach, patio, and pool! Great trip!

Just completed my third visit to this property. Clean condo. Well equipped in a beautiful location. I love the beach and pool access and the easy parking. Rental staff always communicates well and makes life easy! Stuart Beach is a real gem.

The location was perfect! The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The other residents were extremely friendly. Centrally located to restaurants, museums, and downtown Stuart. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was extremely responsive to questions and needs. The dining table and chairs could use a refresh and the owner stated they were working on that. we had a lovely time despite the record breaking, frigid weather!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

We had a lovely week in this well appointed beach front condo. Johnnie was easy to communicate with and provided local details that made our stay extra special. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and the view is a 10! Would definitely stay here again

The condo is beautiful and very well furnished. The view is the best part. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night while enjoying the large covered balcony with a direct ocean view. Johnnie was very responsive with any questions we had. We stayed for 2 weeks. Johnnie helped us in securing an additional few days in another unit due to the snow and ice storm at home.

Awesome View

This is the third condo we’ve rented from Johnnie, all of them have been great but this was the best one yet. Comfortable furnishings and kitchen with everything you need. Loved the huge balcony with great views. Would definitely want to stay in this condo in the future.

Lovely Sunny Break!

Spent time with my husband and good friends for 6 days, enjoying the Florida sunshine and beautiful location. Communication with our hosts was very good. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Hoping we can stay again next year!
