The house was fantastic! Had everything we needed (although the description should tell people that the coffee maker is not a k-cup and they will need grounds).The only reason for 4/5 is because the a/c really didn’t work well. We were there during the hottest weeks of the summer, and unfortunately the house never got below 82-ish, even with the a/c cranking. I never called for help, so can’t fault the owners if it was user error and not actually an issue with the a/c. Other than that it was a great house to stay in!!

Hello, we are happy to hear you enjoyed your July 4th stay in Yarmouth! The coffeemaker is advertised as a drip coffeemaker. We will check to see if it was changed without our knowledge. Possibly the drip coffeemaker was put away somewhere. Regarding the A/C, whether you are working with us or another agency in the future, please always report such issues. It would have been addressed and we would have liked to have the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable. Thank you!

We really liked staying at this house. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Lewis Bay and Seagull Beach. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable week on Cape Cod. We traveled from Washington State so the only real inconvenience was having to bring towels and sheets. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen large enough to prepare dinner for family and guests. The master bedroom could use another night stand and lighting, with outlets closer to the bed. Several window screens were missing or torn. It would be nice to have all the screens repaired to enjoy the evening breeze without letting in bugs. The lighting in the living room was sufficient, I don't like daylight white bulbs and the ceiling lights are daylight, a cooler temperature would be really nice. There is a gas grill at the house, we used it, but it has a lot of rust on the grates and structure. It was very nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it.

PROs: The house was in a great location, centrally located close to many Cape Cod attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and was great for walking in the mornings. The set up of the house was ideal for our family of 6. The bathrooms and kitchen were all modern and in great shape. The laundry room came in handy and we loved the outdoor shower!CONS: I wish I realized when booking this house that linens were not included. This was majorly inconvenient as we then had to purchase 4 sets of twin sheets and pack 2 extra suitcases to accommodate the sheets, bathroom and beach towels we needed to pack. Upon arrival we realized why sheets were not included because the comforters are not laundered inbetween each guest. There may be a fast turn around between guests in this area but for the price we paid I would have expected clean beds with linens included. Another con is the furniture could definitely stand to be updated. The couches are pretty worn out, the beds were pretty creaky. Overall, this was a nice house. If the linens were included and beds were fully clean inbetween guests I would not hesitate to book here again.

Wonderful Week!

We had a wonderful week in W. Yarmouth. We stayed with two small children and had family visit with their small kiddos as well. The house was immaculate, and spacious. Quick bike ride or walk to a little marina beach. Nice out door shower with a beautiful patio area and yard to play. Easy access to route 28 to get to anywhere on the Cape. A great property for families!

Great house, great location

This house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and located centrally so we could visit anywhere on Cape Cod within a short drive. The neighborhood was lovely for walking/jogging. We would absolutely stay here again!
