Appreciate the clean and simple call-out — clean, good location, and a space worth coming back to is exactly what we aim for with this 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhome. Guests who travel light on words but notice the important stuff are who we built this home for. When you're back in town, the private game room and the garage will be ready. The property was very spacious for our party of 3. The townhome is nicely updated witha few signs of wear ans tear. It is accurately pictured in the listing. It felt very safe and was convenient to the attractions we were visiting. The kitchen was well.stocked and easy to use. The open floor plan made it easy to visit with each other while in the kitchen/living area.We knew about the stairs from the listing, Just be aware there are stairsProblem with refrigerator not corrected during stay Little surprised that just prior to traveling, we were required to pay a security deposit. Either a 14 day hold on a credit card or pay 40-50 flat fee, That was the first time I've ever been asked to do that.I was also a little annoyed that we were expected to strip the beds and start the washer upon checkout. The place had not been deep cleaned in some time. There were dust bunnies and cobwebs. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it. Were there problems during the stay? Yes. Did it ruin our trip? No. Would I stay here again? Yes.

"Were there problems during the stay? Yes. Did it ruin our trip? No. Would I stay here again? Yes." That's a fair way to put it, and we're not going to argue with any of it. The refrigerator should have been fixed while you were still in the house, not after. The deep clean was overdue — dust bunnies and cobwebs aren't the standard we hold, and that unit has since been reset. And the checkout list is now trash and dishes only. On the deposit: we verify and protect every stay so guests always know who's around them and any issue gets handled cleanly — we're making that step clearer well before arrival. Guests who report it straight instead of just walking away are how this townhome gets better. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

This made our day to read. The air hockey table and the garage setup were designed exactly for family trips like yours — it's always the best feeling when the kids pick the favorite spot in the house. And "10/10 would recommend" extending to our other properties is the highest compliment we can get. Families who notice the whole picture — the space, the response time, the little details — are exactly who we built this for. "Nice and clean" and "responsive and helpful" — those are the two bars we hold ourselves to on every stay, and it means a lot to hear you felt both. Being close to downtown and Opry Mills was by design; we wanted this house to be a base that actually lets you do Nashville. "We would definitely stay again" is the line we build toward — when that next trip happens, the house will be ready exactly how you remember it, maybe a little better. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Quiet Stay, Super Close to Downtown

Would absolutely love to stay here again. The layout of this property was ideal for our group. The top floor has two bedrooms with the kitchen, living room and common areas on the second floor separating the other bedroom located on the first floor. Too two floors have balconies which we loved. The garage is a unique touch, perfect for hanging out and relaxing after a long drive. Space was super pet friendly. Very quiet neighborhood located at the end of a cul de sac. Hoping to visit again soon!!

Our stay last night was exceptionally smooth from start to finish. If you are looking for a rental that prioritizes both hygiene and guest convenience, this property is a standout choice.Accessing the home was incredibly easy. The check-in process was well-documented and straightforward, allowing us to settle in quickly without any technical hurdles or complicated lockbox maneuvers. The first thing we noticed upon entering was how spotless the entire home was. It is clear that the hosts maintain a high standard of cleanliness; every surface, from the kitchen counters to the linens, felt fresh and professionally tended to.The highlight of the floor plan is the thoughtful layout of the sleeping quarters. The home features three spacious bedrooms, and notably, each one includes its own private, en-suite bathroom.Having a dedicated bathroom for every bedroom offered a level of privacy and comfort that is rare to find in most rentals. This setup eliminated any "morning rush" and made the stay feel much more like a high-end hotel experience than a standard shared home. This is a meticulously maintained property that offers a stress-free experience. The "three-bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms" configuration makes it an ideal choice for groups or families who value their own space. We would certainly stay here again.

Thank you for such a detailed, kind review — hygiene and a smooth check-in are exactly what we work hardest on, and it means a lot that it came through. So glad the layout worked well for privacy too. We'd love to host you again on a future trip!

First time we have ever used VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. The Townhouse was beautiful and clean and cool !! But left an anklet bracelet and called and messaged the number in hopes the cleaning crew would find it and turn it in. Still havent heard anything back. But we will use yall again!! Thank you for standing behind what you advertise!!!
