This cute and cozy 4-bedroom ranch house is centrally located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, casinos, theaters, snow skiing, beautiful city parks, hospitals, museums, Mississippi River, and more. This home is in the tri-state area and is a short distance to the scenic states of Wisconsin, Galena and Chestnut Mountain in Illinois and Sundown Mountain and Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa. If you have extra time, check out Dubuque’s Mines of Spain, EB Lyons Walking Park, National Mississippi Riverwalk and Museum, Fourth Street Elevator, the Arboretum Botanical Gardens, Crystal Lake Caves, Julien Dubuque Monument, Eagle Point Park, Lock and Damn, and 2 casinos.

It is blocks away from the Dubuque colleges UD, Loras, and Clarke. The river, Ice Rink, and casinos are 3 miles away.

Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Kwik Star, and Aldis Grocery Store are within walking distance.

This home is located in a very safe residential area, on a private street with plenty of parking. EXCELLENT location! Great location for college visits or graduation. Blocks away from UD, Loras, and Clarke Colleges. This house is very special because it is my childhood home. It is walking distance to Starbucks, Kwik Star, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Aldis Grocery Store.
This cute and updated ranch 4 bedroom home has 3 queen beds upstairs and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a futon downstairs. The cozy living room includes a large 65 inch smart TV both upstairs and downstairs.

The beautifully updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes a beautiful open breakfast bar for extra seating. It includes dishwasher, microwave, stove, and brand new refrigerator. Also, there is a bonus room with extra dining and/or office space with high-speed free internet/Wi-Fi. A brand new walk-in shower with a hand held shower and a bench on main floor.

Downstairs has a small bathroom/shower and laundry room. The walk-out basement has plenty of extra space to play or lounge with a large smart TV. Basement includes couch, futon, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Outside patio table and a BBQ grill is provided on the walkout patio.

Sorry, No GARAGE. But don't worry, there is plenty of parking available in the extra-large driveway and on the private residential street. This house is located in an EXCELLENT location. Safe neighborhood and minutes away from everything. You will LOVE this location.

The host was very easy to communicate with. The home was in great condition and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful to have so many extra blankets and pillows. All of the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans which was nice. The basement bedroom had a standing fan. They also had travel size shampoo conditioner and body wash and lots of board games.

Quick Family Trip

This was a great house to stay in. There was even a welcome sign in the kitchen for us, which I thought was super cute. Location was convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and plenty of space to unwind.

Home style comfort

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our host Julie went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable; quiet and safe neighborhood; felt like our home away from home. One of the best VRBOs of the many we have experienced.

Cute, Cozy, and Accommodating!

The name didn't lie... the interior furnishings, soft rugs, beds, and warm colors made the space super cute and super cozy. We were impressed by the size of the space. The basement has a lot to offer for bonus space and hanging out with friends/family. This will be our top pick for returning in the future.

Cute home met our needs

Had a weekend stay in Dubuque for a baseball tournament. The home was sufficient for me and my family to stay to sleep in and to cook ourselves breakfast each morning before we headed to our games each day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was there was a minor ant problem in the kitchen. It wasn't anything significant. It would not prevent me from staying at the property again. It wasn't even bad enough for me to call the property manager and let them know.

Excellent Property

It was a beautiful home and perfect for my family. It was a great location and house for my family to enjoy my son's graduation. We loved the house and the host had a quick response when there was a slight issue getting in. We would recommend this house to others.

Great house

Wonderful house with large kitchen and plenty of room. We were there for a graduation and the campus is with walking distance. Would definitely recommend this home. We had eight adults staying here and had ample room.

Hi, my name is Julie. I have lived in Dubuque my entire life. I absolutely love living in Dubuque, especially enjoying the Mississippi River. My husband and I have four boys that are now grown. I just recently retired from being a teacher after 35 years. I decided to turn my childhood home into a weekend suite. This cute updated 4-bedroom house is centrally located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. It is minutes away from hospitals, shopping, restaurants, casinos, theaters, snow skiing, parks, museums, Mississippi River, and more. This home is in the tri-state area and is a short distance to the scenic states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. In fact, if you visit the Fourth Street Elevator you can see all 3 states at the same time. It is close to Field of Dreams in Dyersville and Sundown Mountain in Dubuque. It is located in a very safe residential area, on a private street with plenty of parking. This house is very special because it is my childhood home.

Also, there is a bonus room with extra dining and/or office space with high-speed free internet/Wi-Fi. Full brand new walk-in shower on main floor with bathroom/shower and laundry room in basement. The walk-out basement has plenty of extra space to play or lounge with a large smart TV. Basement includes couch, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Outside patio table and a BBQ grill is provided on the walkout patio. No garage is available, but plenty of parking is available on extra large driveway. This house is located in an EXCELLENT location. Safe neighborhood and minutes away from everything. You will LOVE this location.
