This is a great property if you want to explore this city. Having formally been a resident, I appreciated the location. Additionally, this was a roomie space and the outdoor area was a bonus.

This gem of a property is right in the heart of Old City. It is extremely walkable and easy to get an uber from here. It is tastefully designed and the outdoor patio is a nice addition! Greg and his wife Devon are extremely friendly and answered any and all questions while we were there. The property is quiet and clean and very comfortable. If I ever find myself in Philadelphia again, I would 100% book this property!

Everything about this stay was flawless! The location is perfect. The unit is cozy, clean, well equipped and we were even greeted with wine and snacks. Access to the unit is simple. There is ample parking although you occasionally have to move your car, not that you need one. The subway is a little over a block away. The neighborhood is safe and has so much to offer in food, entertainment and shopping. Our hosts were gracious, responsive and thoughtful. Philadelphia is a great city and this is the perfect place to experience it from!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and i were in town for Dave Matthews! We love old city and this is the perfect location to hang out in. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean, everything you need was there. The outdoor space is so cute! Will definitely be back!

Staying in Old City Philly

Greg is a great host. Unit is as advertised. Great location to historical sites, the Mint, Reading Market and so many good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit is very quiet in the evenings and has all the amenities you need. Great bonus is the covered back porch/deck.
