Wonderful location, great communication

We had such a great time! The convenience to Schlitterbahn and being right on the river was perfect. Would love a return visit with more time!!

Great river weekend!

My family had a wonderful stay at Inverness 101! Great location, walkable to everywhere & situated in a great spot on the Comal. We spent an entire day at Schlitterbahn and were able to walk back to the condo to grab snacks/drinks/more sunblock whenever we wanted. A great option for families with older kids & teens especially!

Loved the location!

Reviewer Comments: The location was superb with the perfect place to set up on the lawn after floating and watch the kids play in the pool or jump in the river and grill for our group. The unit itself is outdated and could use a facelift. We stayed with a group of 3 condos and this was the only one not updated. It served it’s purpose but for the same price as the others, it was disappointing. The plumbing didn’t work well and you had to hold the handle to flush for about a minute. The parking garage is also terrible - our group had banged up cars from the tiered poles you couldn’t see the bottom of and the tiny space to maneuver. Overall it was a great stay because of the people we were with and the outdoor amenities!

They are always available if you have any questions or concerns. The condo is located in an excellent location; walking distance to many things:stqres, restaurants, events at the Civic Center, shows at the Brauntex, Schlitterbahn, tubing on the river, and even church.

Great Labor day vacation!!

Do not leave your car unlocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was good as we were very close to the exit of the Comal. Accommodations were good. You could tell it was an older building and unit, but had been well maintained, clean and furnished nicely. We noticed security guards when we arrived and figured they keep the atmosphere under control, which I appreciate. Unfortunately and completely my fault, I forgot to lock our Tahoe one night and everything and anything of value was stolen. Again good location, nice accommodations, but this is an extremely high traffic area. There are security guards on site for a reason. Keep your cars locked!

Could be Cleaner & Better Maintained

The location of the property on the Comal River & close to Schlitterbahn is very nice. However, the pool was dirty & green the entire time I was there Labor Day weekend. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is noisy/unusable & seems ready fall from the supporting beam when turned on. There's a big hole in the wicker headboard. Listing says covered parking under the building but that's not the case. Parking for 101 is in the surface lot between buildings. As I was looking thru drawers to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything prior to departure, I found a tissue & a washrag in the nightstand as though someone had been pleasuring themselves. If I had found this when checking in, a SERIOUS discussion about relocating or refund would have ensued!!! This unit was not a good value.

It's close to everything you'll want to do, you're right on the Comal and the property is well set up, making it easy to get from your room to the patio to the water. Parking can be a challenge with a larger vehicle, but not a deal breaker.

Having coffee already in the room was a nice touch. The pool and riverfront were amazing!
