Fire

The way this situation was handled was unacceptable. There was little to no communication and if people did not have their phones, they knew nothing. Still little to no communication other than to tell us to clean out our refrigerators. Very disappointed in the way this management group handled a frightening situation with an 85 year old and a 2 and 4 year old that had to be carried down 7 flights or staff at 11 pm at night.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how upsetting the situation must have been for you and your family, especially with young children and an elderly guest involved. The emergency was the result of an unexpected electrical fire at the building—an unfortunate and serious event that was entirely out of anyone’s control. While we recognize that communication may not have met expectations in the moment, please know that our team did everything possible to support and relocate all affected guests as quickly and safely as we could, even with very limited information at the time. We were actively working through the night to manage the situation and assist guests, while awaiting updates on power restoration—something we, sadly, had no control over. We know how stressful this was, and we genuinely regret that your vacation was disrupted in such a way. We truly appreciate the grace many of our guests extended during such a difficult and uncertain situation, and we understand not everyone will feel the same. Crystal Beach Inn

507 had almost completed total redo ... except for alittle touch up paint around the windows where new blinds had been installed. Beautiful design and setup with amazing view! Only hold back and my fault for not realizing it was only three beds and two pull out couches which we made work! Thanks for asking.

Beautiful Property and Location

Our unit was perfect for our group-good assortment of beds and bathrooms and very spacious. And located right on the most beautiful beach! Gated parking so we never felt unsafe. Loved our BIG balcony overlooking the ocean-we could watch dolphins in the mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful-overall would give it an A+! We will rent here again!
