Enjoy the best of the coast in this beautiful and pet-friendly 4 bedroom/4 bath home in the amenity-rich golf community of Bear Trap Dunes. This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55 PER PERSON PER WEEK. (Please note that these prices are for 2023) Take advantage of an off-season weekend stay for your golf trip!

There is plenty of space for your entire group to relax and unwind in this beautiful home. The first floor offers the first bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a hallway full bathroom with a shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, a dining area, and a living room with a large TV for movie night.

The basement offers a spacious living area with a large-screen TV, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.

On the 2nd floor, you will find a second Owners suite with a king bed and shower bathroom, a 4th bedroom with queen and twin beds and a full bathroom with a shower/tub.

Guests may enjoy the patio through the back entrance along with a gas grill. This home is ready for your next vacation. This home is pet friendly and will allow one small dog, under 25 lbs for an additional fee of $250.00.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Comfortable and Clean

6 Village Green is a very family friendly/pet friendly condo in Bear Trap. Walkable to the Club House Restaurant and all the major amenities on the premises (pool, tennis courts, playground). All of the staff at Bear Trap and First Choice Rentals were accommodating and answered any questions we had. Parking near the condo was also abundant and we received a nice welcome package upon arrival. Place was also stocked with a lot everyday items you would need.
