Offering ample space for your entire group to relax and unwind, this home provides the perfect blend of coastal comfort and resort-style living. Situated just 12 minutes from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy world-class golf, community pools, and the seasonal beach shuttle.


Multi-Level Living: With three distinct floors of living space—including a fully finished lower-level lounge—this home is ideally configured for groups seeking both social spaces and private retreats.

LINENS & STARTER KIT

Arrival Package:
Professional Linens: Full linen sets (sheets and bath towels) are delivered to the home. Guests are responsible for making beds and bagging linens upon departure.
Starter Kit: Includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, and a kitchen trash bag.

Almost perfect

I rented the home (advertised as a “town home” but actually it’s a row house) and it did provide the four bedrooms and four baths that were needed for my guests. We were actually surprised that when paying both a linens fee and cleaning fee, we were left to make our own beds…and lots of clean up before departing. Other than that, it was perfect for our purposes.

Comfortable and Clean

6 Village Green is a very family friendly/pet friendly condo in Bear Trap. Walkable to the Club House Restaurant and all the major amenities on the premises (pool, tennis courts, playground). All of the staff at Bear Trap and First Choice Rentals were accommodating and answered any questions we had. Parking near the condo was also abundant and we received a nice welcome package upon arrival. Place was also stocked with a lot everyday items you would need.
