Stay was Great

My family enjoyed this house and the hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. Everything was clean upon arrival. Enough room for everybody and close to beach via shuttle that operated on hour and half-hour. Pools were clean and overall we had a great time. Lots of things to do and restaurants to eat at.

Great Stay for the Whole Family!

We loved our stay here. This was our second summer in Bethany, but first at this location. Everything was wonderful. There was a slight mixup with our linens that was immediately addressed. The location is great. Walking/biking distance to the pool and dog park. Great neighborhood for an evening walk, etc. Will definitely be back.

Family vacsy

Family of 12 finally able to get together for the week just to slow down and enjoy each other. Everything is close by. The beach or boardwalk. We actually saw a deer and a bunny sitting out on the patio. Kids had a blast. The adults were able to chill. The home is spacious and very clean. Tino was always available with any questions or issues that may arise.

Great Bethany getaway !!

If you are looking for a beach getaway but want to be off the main drag, this is an excellent option. The property is nice, pet friendly and there are several pools to choose from that you can walk to from the house. This makes for a nice spot to be located, and it is only 10-12 min drive into Bethany and not far from Rehobeth, Lewes, Dewey or O.C. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times to make sure we had a good time. The housing complex also has a free shuttle that runs into Bethany if you do not want to deal with parking which is a nice bonus.

Awesome Getaway

We had a great time here! The house was beautiful! Tino is the man! Very communicative! The location was perfect. Minutes from Bethany Beach, about 1/2 hr from Ocean County MD. So many wonderful small shops and restaurants in the area of Millville, Ocean View and Bethany Beach. Grocery stores and small shops within minutes. The house is beautifully decorated. Perfect location. The community is great! They make you feel as if you actually live there. Will be renting again!!

Spacious and Comfortable

This end unit in Bishops Landing gives you space and privacy. We enjoyed the outdoor space (plenty of seating) and being able to grill and walk our dogs easily. We loved the open area indoors with all the windows making it airy and bright. The kitchen was beautiful with a big island and plenty of storage. The beds were all comfortable and there was so much closet space. The layout of the home was perfect for our adult family of 8. There were 3 areas to sit and hang out. The owner provided bikes, beach equipment and cornhole. The community is quiet, friendly and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center, pools, and biking around the area. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home! Hope to be back one day!

A beautiful resort community!

We had a wonderful stay this week! This home is absolutely beautiful and was supplied with everything we could want to be comfortable and have fun. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed allowing us to make my homemade meatballs and sauce while my daughter and I baked a birthday cake for my mother in law! The back porch is secluded and relaxing and there are lots of separate lounging areas in the house that allowed our family to spread out and read, play games, or watch TV at night. Bishop's Landing is an amazing resort community. The residents are all so welcoming, the pools, clubhouses, and gym are gorgeous, the streets lent themselves to wonderful bike rides, and really anything we might want to do was right there. We were located so comfortably and quietly away from the chaos and traffic but still just a quick ride to Bethany for the beach, Rehoboth for shopping, Dewey to walk our dog on the beach in the evening, and Ocean City for a fun dinner, dancing, and casino night. This was such a lucky find and one of our favorite vacations in years! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We feel the same way about our home and the community so we are glad you could spend a week there and enjoy. Hope to have you back in the future. Have a great rest of your summer, Karen

Family friendly neighborhood, very quiet home away from home with a short drive to the beach

If you’re ok with a short drive to the beach, while staying in a beautiful spacious townhome located in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood, this is for you! There are three pools in the community for your use. The pools and pool areas were clean and refreshing. The home came with all the beach necessities including chairs, beach towels, and cart. There were shuttle passes which were great since parking at Bethany boardwalk is pricey. When we got in the home, we noticed laundry going - sheets and towels. We brought our own, but they are there if needed. There were a few items that needed attention such as lightbulbs out, missing TV remotes, and garage opener…but everything was taken care of promptly and completely by the owner Karen. She was very attentive at all times. You can tell she cares. The home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay!! Thanks Karen!

Missy, Thanks so much for staying at our place. The community actually has a beach trolley unfortunately this year due to the shortage of people available to work they were unable to get drivers. I wish i had known you were going into Bethany. The state park beaches are great. You can pay daily or get a permit which is relatively inexpensive. The permit gets you access to all parks in Delaware. Once again sorry for the remotes. The garage door opener also went home with a guest! As for the sheets its a case of I’m damned if I do and I am damned if i don't. I want to provide sheets if guest don't have them. Between bath towels, beach towels, and comforters the cleaners can not get all the laundry done in the short turnover time when sheets are added. They are suppose to take the sheets with them and bring them back the next week since there are 2 sets for each bed. So thank you for bringing that to my attention i will address the issue with them. Once again thanks for staying at our house.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and very cozy. Toni was super attentive to any of our needs and answered any questions promptly. The community had a few pools that were super clean. I loved how dog friendly the entire community was. There was a shuttle 3 minutes away that takes you to Bethany beach. Wonderful home away from home

Tino's place was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of space to stretch out after a long day out. Several smart TVs so everyone can watch what they want. The complex includes a lot of amenities including pools, ponds for fishing, tennis courts and even shuttle service to the beach on weekends. This was a great perk as you don't need to drive and pay for parking. I like how the location is not on the beach as it's much quieter and the pool is a great change of pace from the beach. Very close driving distance to shopping, stores and restaurants. You could even walk or take one of the supplied bikes. Tino was readily available to answer any and all questions. My only complaint was no shampoo or body wash was supplied. All the places we've rented supplied these but again a very minor complaint. No bbq but Tino said they're working on it. We'd definitely stay again!! Many thanks Tino.
